｜Itinerary Overview

• Location: Maokong Gondola-Taipei Zoo Station / Zhinan Temple
• Eligibility: Participants aged 12 and above

• Meeting Point: Maokong Gondola-Taipei Zoo Station.  (Gondola Entrance/Exit)

｜Registration Notes

• A special session has been designed exclusively for international participants. Final confirmation of successful registration will be announced on October 1. Priority will be given to foreign media and international students.
• The event is limited to 30 participants. Registration will close once the quota is full.
• Special promotion: Free per person (original price NT$1,599). Fee includes lunch, insurance, and materials.
• To promote local culture, participants are required to share photos or videos of the event on their Facebook or Instagram, with designated hashtags, after the event.
• At the end of the event, please complete an online feedback form. After submission, you will receive an exclusive “Walk in Maokong” phone lanyard as a souvenir.
• Please check in on time at the Maokong Gondola-Taipei Zoo Station.  / Gondola Entrance between 10:30–10:50. Late arrivals will be considered a forfeiture, and no refunds will be provided.
• Please ensure the mobile number you provided is active for contact during the trip. The group will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals.
• Participants must be 12 years or older. Those under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will take full responsibility for safety and supervision. Although the trail is family-friendly, it includes about 1,200 steps—please assess your physical condition before registering.
• Please provide accurate personal information (full name in Chinese, phone number, Passport No, and email) for insurance and notifications. If any corrections are needed, contact the organizer at least 3 days before the event.
• In case of typhoon, heavy rain, or other force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. Participants will be notified by email.
• For cancellations: Notify the organizer at least 3 days before the event. 

｜Event Notes

• To ensure safety and comfort during the trip, we recommend Wear comfortable, supportive shoes suitable for mountain paths (e.g., sneakers, hiking shoes, or non-slip footwear).
• Walking sticks/hiking poles are recommended to assist with balance on stairs and reduce strain on the knees. Bring adequate drinking water for hydration.
• Prepare sun hats, rain gear, or sunscreen. Light and breathable clothing is suggested, with a windbreaker if needed depending on the weather.
•  This itinerary includes nearly 1,200 steps. Please carefully assess your physical condition. Participants with cardiovascular issues, knee problems, or health concerns unsuitable for stair climbing should reconsider joining. This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
•  Meals will be provided as vegetarian lunch boxes. Please note that no customization for allergies or dietary restrictions is available.
•  The event will be photographed and recorded. Images and videos may be used for promotional purposes (e.g., official websites, social media, media coverage). By registering, participants consent to such use.
•  The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event at any time. Updates will be announced on official websites or platforms without individual notice.
