然而，在 Jayav Art 的手中，這些被丟棄的紙張，卻能化身成一尊尊帶著吳哥文化印記的藝術雕塑——從灰暗走向重生，從廢棄成為靈魂。
這是一段真實的生命轉折。
創辦人 Seap Rathanak，年輕時就讀於飯店學校，原本走上穩定的管理職涯。直到 2013 年，他遇見了法籍藝術家 Philippe Brousseau，第一次看見「報紙雕塑」的奇蹟。那一刻，他的人生徹底翻轉。🌱
他選擇放下原有的穩定工作，開始用雙手揉捏、塑形，將冰冷的報紙變成有溫度的雕塑。從學徒到在 2020 年接手 Jayav Art，他讓這個品牌蛻變為 百分之百屬於柬埔寨的永續藝術力量。
他的創作，不只是藝術品，更是一種社會責任：

From a Newspaper to the Rebirth of a Soul
On the streets of Siem Reap, Cambodia, old newspapers are scattered everywhere. They once carried yesterday’s news, yet today they are forgotten. 🌪️
But in the hands of Jayav Art, these discarded papers are reborn as sculptures marked with Angkor’s cultural heritage—transforming from waste to soul, from darkness to renewal.
This is a story of true transformation.
Founder Seap Rathanak studied at a hospitality school in his youth, set for a steady career in hotel management. But in 2013, he met French artist Philippe Brousseau and witnessed the miracle of “newspaper sculpture” for the first time. That moment changed his life forever. 🌱
He left behind a stable career to shape, mold, and breathe life into cold, discarded newspapers. From apprentice to inheriting Jayav Art in 2020, he transformed the studio into a sustainable art brand 100% owned by Cambodia.
His creations are more than artworks—they are acts of social responsibility:

✨ Local youth → Creative participation, creating opportunities and hope
