《你所不知道的故事：基隆的陌生人》這個計畫即將在基隆展開，作為《界域之間》計畫的延伸。《界域之間》於2021至2022年間聚焦於在台灣的女性移民群體。這次的展覽從正濱港前的勝利路移民故事出發，蒐集了截至2025年8月為止我們所不熟悉的基隆移民故事，並以照片與影像的形式完整呈現。展覽試圖思考那些因不同原因遷徙至基隆並定居的韓國人、日本人以及其他各類移民，他們過去與現在的生活是什麼模樣，他們的鄰居又如何記住他們，並藉此照見他們周遭的景觀與所留下的足跡。最終，透過這個計畫，我希望傳達這樣的訊息：在移動的歷史背後，許多移民都在「認同」與「共存」的問題中生活，在相似與差異之間尋找平衡。無論他們是否是「異鄉人」，他們其實都是與我們一同生活在這裡的鄰居，與民族主義或意識形態無關。
The <Stories You Don't Know: Strangers in Keelung> project, which was conducted in Keelung this time, as an extension of the <In Between the borders> project for Taiwanese migrant women, which ran from 2021 to 2022. Starting with the stories of Sung-Li road(勝利路) migrants in front of Zhengbin port, this exhibition collected the stories of Keelung migrants, which we do not know well, until August 2025 and completed them with photos and video. It is to think about how Koreans, Japanese, and various migrants who have moved and settled in Keelung for various reasons live in the past and present, and how their neighbors remember them, and to illuminate their surrounding landscapes and footprints. Finally, through this project, I would like to inform you that behind the history of migration, many migrants are living with the issue of identity and coexistence in similarity and difference. After all, I would like to send a message that whether they are a stranger or not, they are just our neighbors living here together, regardless of nationalism or ideologicalism.
⭓ 關於藝術家 About Artist
尹洙竫（Yoon Soo Jung）是一位當代藝術家，同時也是策展人。在韓國漢陽大學取得交通與都市規劃碩士學位後，於2005年前往法國第戎國立高等美術學院（École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Dijon）深造，獲得了D.N.A.P.學位，並榮獲評審團獎。幾乎在同一時期，她也於2009年獲得法國巴黎第八大學的攝影學士學位（B.F.A.）。她的創作初期，透過收集日常生活中人們有意或無意進行的微小、具體的影像、聲音、情緒與動作，並重複誇張地呈現，來抽象且象徵性地表達我們認為無意義的生命片段。此外，她也關注物件、地點與記憶之間的關係。自2005年以來，她像遊牧民族般地在各地生活與創作，始終關注的核心是「人」，特別是「女性」。她用來描繪這些人物生活的媒介，總是與「衣、食、住」相關。這是因為她認為，個人的生活與記憶是映照群體或國家文化與歷史的一面鏡子。她與來自不同地區與文化的在地居民合作，記錄並分享那些如她一樣存在於界限之間的人、物與地方的隱藏故事。最終，透過她的項目與作品，她不斷努力將隱藏在事實背後或有形之物中的無形面貌（現象、故事、真相、意義等）具象化。
Yoon Soo Jung is a contemporary Artist, at same time a curator. After graduation a master’s degree for Traffic & Urban planning in Hanyang University. She went to National School of Fine Arts of Dijon (Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts de Dijon) in French in 2005 and earned her degree of D.N.A.P. with an award of Jury. Almost same time, she got B.F.A. degree for photography from Paris 8 University in 2009.
At the beginning, she abstractly and symbolically expressed a fragment of life that we feel is meaningless by collecting small, specific images, sounds, emotions, and movements that we consciously or unconsciously perform every day in our lives and repeatedly exaggerating them. Also, she focuses on the relationship between objects, places, and memories. Since 2005, while living and working to various places like a nomad, her consistent interest is 'people', especially 'women'. And objects used as a medium to draw their lives are always related to 'clothes, meals, and housing'. This is because she thinks that individual's life and memory is a mirror that reflects on the culture and history of the group or country. She collaborates with locals from various regions and cultures to record and share hidden stories of people, objects, and places that exist between boundaries like her. Finally, through her projects and works, she is constantly making efforts to visualize the invisible behind the hidden truth or tangible things (phenomena, story, truth, meaning, etc.).
