▶工作坊簡介:
駐泰期間，我以自然探險的行動，將穿梭在熱帶的體感、人文與氣候交織的經驗透過身體轉化，以鮮明的記憶帶領觀者進入創作者經歷的場景：洞穴、雨林、暴雨、神秘、好奇與敬畏。在這次的工作坊中，希望能以熱帶與水土火風的想像，帶著身體經歷一趟趟旅程。
During my time in Thailand, I went on a series of nature explorations, using my body to absorb and respond to the intense mix of tropical sensations, culture, and climate. Through these vivid physical experiences, I invite the audience into the worlds I encountered — caves, rainforests, heavy storms, mystery, curiosity, and awe. In this workshop, I hope we can use the imagination of the tropics and the elements — water, earth, fire, and wind — to take our bodies on a journey, again and again.

放鬆暖身與太極身法練習（30分鐘）
Relaxation and Tai Chi Movement Practice (30 mins)
肢體流動練習（15分鐘）
Body Flow Exercise (15 mins)
音樂與舞蹈探索（45分鐘）

不需有特定肢體訓練背景，但有在動身體者佳
No specific physical training is required, but it's a plus if you're someone who moves their body regularly.

今年夏天，我們邀請到四位臺灣出訪藝術家回到寶藏巖，個展與分享會的形式，呈現他們在海外駐村創作的經歷與感悟。

羅嘉惠｜出訪：中國北京上苑藝術館
另外，出訪泰國藝術大學（Silpakorn University）的藝術家熊世翔，也將透過肢體流動練習及音樂與舞蹈探索，邀請你們一同進入他的熱帶記憶之旅
