International Coaching Federation (ICF) 是世界最大的教練組織，每年5月有International Coaching Week (ICW)，主要是希望能推廣教練的概念。
ICF 台灣（國際教練聯盟台灣總會）在每年ICW週會舉辦1對1教練體驗，是希望民眾透過教練體驗，能了解教練如何運用，感受教練所帶來的驚喜。現場的教練都是擁有ICF認證。
此次的場次有線上的體驗，每場體驗是45分鐘。
線上教練體驗是在2024年5月19~23日，屬於純教練體驗。(線上連結會在收到報名後email通知）
