Senior Specialist at Department of Industrial Technology, Ministry of Economic affairs (MOEA) 經濟部簡任技正
Dr. Tai has spent over two decades bridging science, policy, and industry. Transitioning from public health to the Ministry of Economic Affairs, he played a key role in advancing Taiwan’s biomedical and technology sectors. He reformed the R&D funding system, introducing a transparent, merit-based process to foster true innovation.
