嘉義民族管弦樂團 簡介：
嘉義民族管弦樂團創立於2016年，於2018年起持續入選為「嘉義縣傑出演藝團隊」至今，以深耕嘉義國樂及推廣國樂普及化為目標、開創性的跨界節目來拓展「國樂」的定義，樹立獨特的樂團風格與藝術走向。
嘉義民族管弦樂團不單只有演奏國樂，除了讓愛樂者聽見更多屬於嘉義的聲音，發展出嘉義國樂的新模式，同時也將多方嘗試跨界的演出，與舞蹈、戲劇、多媒體的各種結合型態，為觀眾不斷打造創新的聆賞感受，為嘉義國樂永續發展創造嶄新視野。
Chiayi traditional orchestra (CTO) has been an outstanding artistic performance team of creative level since in 2018. Our goals are to popularize traditional Chinese music in Chiayi, through innovative cross-border program to extend the definition of traditional Chinese music and establish distinct style of orchestra and unique trend of artistic performance.
CTO is not just only performs traditional Chinese music, but also lets music lovers hear much more Chiayi local sound. At the same time, we also try to integrate the traditional music with dance, drama and multimedia, to found the new pattern of traditional Chinese music of Chiayi. We hope to bring the new auditory experience for audience, and create the brand-new horizon for CTO sustainable development.
