◆ 故事從茶說起｜上山採茶體驗 ◆
自曾祖父開始便在坪林落地生根，家族長輩以茶葉為生，照顧一棵棵的茶樹，含辛茹苦養育四代人。故事以感恩為始，帶領旅人走入茶園欣賞這片風景，並穿上採茶裝備，在日頭下體會每一杯茶香餘韻背後所付出的勞動汗臭。
◆ 窺探家庭製茶廠｜做茶工序大解密 ◆
坪林的茶產業，靠著一戶戶的家庭，獨力撐起從耕種到販售的一條龍經營，不但住家兼著當店面，樓上還藏著麻雀雖小、五臟俱全的加工廠。茶葉在採摘後必須快速送回家中，製茶人展開不眠不休、專注且俐落地操作機台，萎凋、浪菁、揉捻，每一道流程都有其講究的真工夫。
◆ 坪林生活一條街｜茶鄉街頭漫步◆
在坪林大小道路上，街頭巷尾都散發著樸實自然的風情，然而對地方居民來說，一條老街的意義究竟是什麼？對照幼時的記憶以及長大後的觀察，會獲得什麼樣有趣的發現？一起從在地人的視角認識坪林的樣貌吧！
◆ 阿香姐的茶香手路菜｜全興茶園晚餐 ◆
全興茶園主力栽培與製作文山包種茶和蜜香紅茶，從爸媽這一代開始經營餐廳。主廚阿香姐以茶入菜，運用自家包種茶籽新鮮榨油，拌炒自己養的土雞，一桌佳餚香氣四溢，再現家常古早味的餐桌風景。
（＊茶油雞為菜單必備，其它菜色以活動當日食材為主）
◆ 星空下的螢光漫步｜螢火蟲夜間觀察 ◆
螢火蟲對於生長環境十分挑剔，恰好坪林屬於水源保護區、北勢溪長年封溪護漁，讓社區住民積極投入守護生態環境，使其也成為螢火小精靈的棲息場所。旅程的尾聲，讓我們來到夜晚的溪邊，在這裡放下所有煩惱喧囂，靜靜欣賞一顆顆療癒人心的點點火光吧！
◆ 茶裡相逢的滋味｜道地手作伴手禮 ◆
以全興茶園冷泡茶啟程，沁涼舒爽；用文山包種茶葉，返家後回味旅程餘韻。走一趟茶裡相逢的小旅行，打包坪林美好風情。

【課程人數】每梯次15-25人（若人數不足無法成行，將於活動開始三天前通知改期）
【課程費用】（即日起至5/18止，團體報名，相揪來參加）
- 全票（12歲以上）：1,600元/人；兩人以上同行 1,300元/人
- 兒童票（6歲-12歲）：單人價800元
- 未滿6歲孩童免報名費：*請於報名時備註有幾位未滿6歲孩童
請於活動當日出示12歲以下孩童證明（ 健保卡可），若發現不符資格，需補繳差額票價，否則恕不接待，並追究相關法律責任。
※ 註 ①：12歲以下孩童課程費用，含冷泡茶和晚餐，但不包含包種茶葉、茗茶手藝糕點等伴手禮
※ 註 ②：由於行程一開始需上山到茶園，建議交通方式採自駕，若無車輛可提早告知主辦，以利協助與其他旅人協調共乘。

- 自行開車：
國道5號 坪林交流道下，第一個紅綠燈轉彎（南下出口右轉、北上出口左轉），走到底再右轉，前行50公尺即可看到「全興茶園」（新北市坪林區北宜路八段262號）
- 公車、客運：
- 923公車：從新店捷運站搭乘923公車往坪林方向，終點站坪林下車，步行1分鐘到達全興茶園→ 行駛高速公路，較快抵達，但不開放站位，可乘車人數較少
- 綠12公車：從新店捷運站搭乘綠12往坪林方向公車，終點站坪林下車，步行1分鐘到達全興茶園。 新店客運專線：(02)26660678、(02)22171448

【個人行前準備】
- 行程多為徒步，請穿著適合活動之服裝鞋子，依個人需求可攜帶簡易糧食
- 個人藥品、健保卡、飲用水、防曬用品、雨具
- 夜間溫度下降，請記得帶外套或保暖衣物
- 螢火蟲夜間觀察時，請不要用刺激性強的防蚊液等驅蟲藥品，以免影響螢火蟲生存。
【天候影響】
- 本行程如遇颱風、大雨、大風、打雷…等大自然不可抗拒之因素無法活動時，為顧慮團員安全，本公司保有視實際狀況而更改變動行程之權利，如延期或取消
- 活動出發前接獲本公司通知天候不佳, 可選延期或退費。(退費者，每個退款帳戶扣除手續費30元後退還)
- 活動當天到現場後，經現場老師因安全顧慮不適宜活動的情形，宣告現場取消活動，扣除行政手續費用每人300元之後退還
- 活動進行中氣候驟變、安全考慮或個人因素更改行程，恕無法退費
【更改日期辦法】
- 出發日提前4天以上可更改日期，經改期後的活動恕不接受取消
- 出發日前 3 日至當日內不接受更改日期

A quaint town where the aroma of tea fills the air, inviting you to experience it through scent, touch, taste, and sight. Nestled among lush tea plantations and surrounded by mountains, Pinglin is a true paradise for tea lovers.
Chuan Hsing Tea Garden(全興茶園), a family-run tea farm that has been rooted in Pinglin(坪林) for decades, prides itself on producing and selling high-quality tea. To promote their tea, the younger generation of the family launched the "Meetintea(茶裡相逢)" brand, offering egg yolk pastries infused with their finest tea. Through visits to tea farms and factories, they invite you to explore the journey behind every exquisite cup of tea.

The Chuan Hsing family has been cultivating tea in Pinglin since the time of their great-grandfather, passing down their craft through four generations. With tea as their livelihood, they honor this tradition with deep gratitude. This experience invites visitors into the tea fields to take in the breathtaking landscape. Dressed in traditional tea-picking attire, you will gain a firsthand appreciation of the labor and dedication behind every fragrant sip of tea.
◆ Inside a Family Tea Factory | The Tea-Making Process Unveiled
Pinglin’s tea industry is built on family-run businesses that manage every stage, from cultivation to sales. Many homes double as tea shops, with compact yet well-equipped tea processing workshops upstairs. Once the tea leaves are harvested, they must be quickly transported home, where skilled artisans work tirelessly through the night. Each step—whether withering, tossing, rolling, or refining—demands precision, expertise, and unwavering dedication.
◆ Exploring Pinglin’s Streets | A Stroll Through the Tea Town
The streets of Pinglin exude a simple and natural charm. But what does an old street truly mean to its residents? By comparing childhood memories with present-day observations, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the town’s transformation through the eyes of locals.
◆ Ah-Shiang’s Tea-Infused Cuisine | Chuan Hsing Tea Garden Dinner
Chuan Hsing Tea Garden specializes in cultivating and processing Wen Shan Pouchong Tea(文山包種茶) and Honey Flavored Black Tea(蜜香紅茶). The family-run restaurant, established by the parents’ generation, features dishes crafted by Chef Ah-Shiang(阿香姐). Using freshly pressed tea seed oil from their own farm, she stir-fries home-raised chickens, creating a feast that brings traditional flavors to life.
(*Tea Oil Chicken is a signature dish, while other dishes vary based on the ingredients available on the event day.)
◆ Fireflies Under the Stars | Nighttime Firefly Observation
Fireflies are highly sensitive to their environment, thriving only in pristine conditions. Fortunately, Pinglin’s location within a water conservation area, along with the community’s efforts to protect its ecosystem, makes it an ideal habitat for these luminous creatures. As the night falls, we will head to the riverside, leaving behind all worries to quietly admire the magical glow of fireflies.

Group Size: 15-25 participants per session (If the minimum number is not met, participants will be notified three days in advance for rescheduling.)

- General Admission (12 years and older): NT$1,600/person; NT$1,300/person for groups of two or more
- Children (6-12 years old): NT$800/person
- Children under 6: Free (Please indicate the number of children under 6 when registering.)
- (*Proof of age required. If found ineligible, the price difference must be paid; otherwise, entry will be denied.)
【Notes】
- The child ticket includes cold brew tea and dinner but excludes take-home tea leaves and handmade tea pastries.
- The tour involves hiking to a tea plantation. Self-driving is recommended. If transportation is needed, please notify the organizer in advance for possible carpool arrangements.
✔ Transportation
By Car:
Exit at Pinglin Interchange(坪林交流道) on National Freeway No. 5. Turn at the first traffic light (right for southbound exit, left for northbound), then turn right at the end of the road. Drive 50 meters to reach Chuan Hsing Tea Garden(全興茶園).
By Bus:
- Bus 923: From MRT Xindian(新店) Station, take Bus 923 towards Pinglin and get off at the final stop. Walk 1 minute to Chuan Hsing Tea Garden. (*Faster via highway, but limited seating as standing is not allowed.)
- Bus Green 12: From MRT Xindian Station, take Bus Green 12 towards Pinglin. Get off at the final stop and walk 1 minute to Chuan Hsing Tea Garden. (*Slower via Beiyi Road but accommodates more passengers.)
- Metropolitan Star Bus(都會之星) 9028: From MRT Dapinglin(大坪林) Station Exit 4, take Bus 9028 towards Luodong/Suao(羅東/蘇澳方向). Get off at Pinglin Station and walk 5 minutes to Chuan Hsing Tea Garden.
✔ Registration & Guidelines
【Personal Preparation】
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes for walking.
- Bring personal medications, health insurance IC card, drinking water, sun protection, and rain gear.
- Night temperatures may drop—bring a jacket or warm clothing.
- Avoid strong mosquito repellents during the firefly tour to protect their habitat.
【Weather Policy】
- In case of extreme weather (typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, thunder), the event may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.
- If canceled due to weather before departure, participants can choose to reschedule or receive a refund (NT$30 transaction fee deducted).
- If canceled on-site for safety reasons, an NT$300 administrative fee will be deducted before refunding the remainder.
【Rescheduling & Cancellations】
- Changes are allowed up to 4 days before the event. No cancellations after rescheduling.
- No date changes are allowed within 3 days of departure.
- Participants unable to attend may transfer their spot but must inform the organizer.
