Creative Vegan Cuisine and Natural Tea Session
[ inspired by Swedish Landscapes]
貴德緣 Guide Tea room x Stone Mountain Vegan
Dadaocheng
Imagine a journey—not through roads, but through flavors, scents, and stories. We would like to present to you not just a meal, but a poetic encounter with the landscapes of Sweden and Taiwan. The fresh breeze of the ocean, the stillness of the forest, the life-giving soil of the fields, and the vibrancy of the garden—each course is an interpretation of the Natural.
Using local ingredients to craft each dish, paired with Taiwanese teas chosen for their remarkable ability to capture the diversity of terroirs, we aim to offer a taste that brings you closer to nature.
Naturligt. is an interactive session, with storytelling about how this interpretive Swedish-Taiwanese concept came to be, and how we explored the meaning of ‘natural’ for ourselves. We also hope that you, our guest, will share your experiences and understanding with us.
Behind the concept of Naturligt. is a multicultural team of Swedish and Taiwanese food and tea enthusiasts, brought together by a celebration of the Midsummer festival, hosted in Taipei. 貴德緣 Guide Tea Room is a Thai/Swedish, Japanese, and Taiwanese trio (and the host of this space), whose journey has taken them across the mountains of Taiwan and Thailand in search of naturally cultivated teas.
They later met Stone Mountain Vegan, a Swedish and Taiwanese duo who is guided by their passion of sharing vegan food and wish to serve something different from their usual offerings at the Shulin Night Market. With a love for travel, they have developed a diverse range of techniques influenced by cuisines from around the world.
