2023年聯合國氣候變化大會後，逾80個國家宣誓將性別議題納入淨零公正轉型行動，為氣候公正轉型立下新的里程碑。
2025淨零公正轉型國際論壇延續此能量，以台灣的氣候群像為主題，除了關注在綠領產業中的性別議題外，同時著眼於台灣脆弱族群面對的氣候挑戰。
本次論壇，我們邀請到來自聯合國、印尼、德國的國際專家與各領域的學者、社會實踐家、地方政府、社福工作者與社區工作者。從國際公正轉型發展趨勢出發，檢視台灣在淨零公正轉型道路上的運作。重點探討女性在綠色經濟中扮演的關鍵角色，以及在能源轉型過程中脆弱族群所面臨的挑戰。
藉由圓桌會議，我們將一起討論如何創造不同人群的參與機會，如何看見人群間的差異，為不同族群搭建認知的橋樑，建構屬於臺灣的多元韌性。
Ater the COP28 UN Climate Change Conference, over 80 countries pledged to integrate gender issues into Net-Zero Just Transition actions, marking a new milestone for climate justice.
2025 International Just Transition Forum Taipei continues this momentum, focusing on the complex human landscape of climate change in Taiwan. Beyond addressing gender issues in green industries, the forum will gain an insight into the diverse experiences and challenges faced by various vulnerable populations across different social contexts.
We have invited international experts from various countries, along with social practitioners, social welfare organizations, and community activists. Starting from International Progress in Just Transition, we will review Taiwan's operations on the net-zero just transition pathway. The forum will critically explore the key roles of women in the green economy and the challenges encountered by vulnerable groups during energy transition.
Through roundtable discussions, we will collaboratively explore how to create participation opportunities for diverse populations, recognize the differences between various social groups, and build cognitive bridges that connect different communities, ultimately constructing a comprehensive portrait of Taiwan's climate resilience.
