聲音冥想是一種深刻的練習，讓我們以聲音為指引，回到當下，感受生命的節奏。生活中的每一個聲音——風的低語、人群的喧嘩，甚至是一片寧靜——都可以成為重新連結內心的提醒。在快節奏的生活當中，聲音是一種靜止的力量，帶我們找到片刻的自由與平靜。在聲音的引導下，參與者將進入深層放鬆與正念的狀態，並透過聲音探索喚醒創意思維，重新認識聲音藝術的無限可能。
Sonic meditation is a profound practice that uses sound as a guide to return to the present moment and experience the rhythm of life. Every sound in our daily lives—the whisper of the wind, the murmur of a crowd, or even a moment of silence—can serve as a reminder to reconnect with our inner selves. In the fast pace of modern life, sound becomes a grounding force, offering us moments of freedom and tranquillity. Guided by sound, participants will enter a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness, while exploring the creative potential of sound and reimagining its artistic possibilities.

一月十八日，Xero Xerco 邀請電影配樂師林強（Lim Giong）現場演出，與台灣 3D 藝術家 CSSSS 攜手，用聲音與影像構築一個沉靜又無邊的感知空間。同台演出還有駐倫敦聲音藝術家 Jin Synth、日本藝術家 Yolabmi 、台灣裔加拿大電子音樂藝術家 Wawa 與台灣在地藝術家 Tile Shop Monologue 及 TOSKA。
