The purpose of the APO Center of Excellence (COE) program is to select an organization with world-class energy and exemplary experience in a specific field, and to use APO resources through international exchanges such as training, seminars, and study tours. Share its knowledge, technology and methods in professional fields to enhance the productivity of member countries. This center of excellence will promote industrial/academic cooperation exchanges and cooperation between Center of Excellence on Green Productivity, Smart Manufacturing, Climate Smart Agriculture and Tunghai University International College through international cooperation and resource integration mechanisms.
