1. Career Card Workshop: We will spend three and a half hours guiding you through the“Career Explorer Cards,” “Competency Inventory Cards,” and“Values Navigation Cards” to analyze your interests. The workshop will help you grasp the key points that ideal job positions want to see, highlighting your strengths to stand out among numerous candidates.
2. English-only Career Seminar: Helping interns with various backgrounds achieve three major goals.
- Familiarize with career development tools
- Enhance interns' understanding of their own careers and boost their confidence in job searching

研習生職涯牌卡體驗工作坊是專為 DIGI 研習生、TCA 研習生以及對數位領域有興趣投入之跨域人才開辦，讓職涯諮詢專家帶著你用牌卡體驗來找到職涯方向，了解如何展現自己的特質並發揮優勢，全英文職涯講座提供外籍生了解職涯發展工具的機會、增強研習生對自身職涯的認識，並提升其就業找工作的信心、促進外籍研習生之間的交流，增進對台灣職場文化的理解。
Career Coaching Cards Workshop for Young Talents
Tailored for DIGI, TCA interns, as well as cross-disciplinary talents interested in the digital field, this workshop employs career counseling experts to guide participants through a card experience, helping them uncover their career direction and showcase their unique strengths.
The all-English seminar aims to familiarize international students with career development tools, boost their career self-awareness and job-seeking confidence, while fostering exchanges among participants and enhancing their understanding of Taiwanese workplace culture. This innovative approach offers a distinctive method for career exploration and development, particularly for those aspiring to enter or advance in the digital industry.
