哥哥的墓地被遺忘了，哥哥的臉孔、聲音也都不見了。妹妹年老時，盡力想從朦朧的迷霧中，重新為二哥畫出一幅「完整的圖像」，即使線索不多，即使每個人說的都不一樣......許多事被遺忘了，許多人又想努力記得。
槍響後，許多家庭分崩離析，悲愴、焦恐、忿恨或是抹滅情感與記憶，有千萬種後遺症縈繞遺族。從寫下遺書、監禁受控，甚至在行動之前，抗爭者想的是什麼、他們是什麼樣的人？這些都被淹沒在封鎖的檔案中，無人知曉、再次被噤聲，連家屬都被隔絕於外，見不到最後一面、等不到道別。
《走出來 - 光穿越我心》將一步步重建事情如何發生，跟隨著不同支線編織記憶，呈現家族到族群的行動者群像。歷史是由交織的行動形成，而重組過去是為了解自己的面貌，了解我們為何會長成如此，了解傷口在哪裡，又該如何與傷口共同生活？
Second Brother's grave has been forgotten. His face and voice have disappeared. As his little sister became elderly, she hoped to draw Second Brother's face from her indistinct memories, even if there were not many clues. Each person described him differently...many things had been forgotten, even if many people wanted to make an effort to remember him.
After the sound of the gunshot, many families fell apart, lost in sadness, hate, and emotions and memories that could not be wiped away. The lingering effects on the families of the deceased were too many to count.
From the testaments they left behind, in being sentenced to jail, or in taking action, what did those who resisted think? What kind of people were they? These questions have been shuttered away behind closed archives and remain unknown, having been imprisoned once again. Even family members have been cut off from this and cannot see them as they were in their last moments and are unable to say goodbye.
"Go Through the Light From My Heart" aims to recreate what took place, following different threads of memory, to present a portrait of individuals and groups. History is woven together with action and in exploring the past to understand one's self, and how we have come to become as we are today. To understand where the wounds are and how we can live with our wounds.

梵體劇場，前身為極體劇團，成立於1994年9月，2004年更名。由吳文翠擔任團長暨藝術總監，在身體訓練及創作風格上，發展獨特形體創作法「形動舞譜」，結合熊衛的「太極導引 (Tai-Chi Dowing)」、葛羅托斯基的「神祕劇 (Mystery Play)」、土方巽的「舞踏譜 (Butoh Fu)」，融合東西方表演藝術與身體鍛鍊。致力於尋找並創作當代臺灣人的身體美學，探索人類心靈中最原始、純粹且深刻的表現元素，使每場創作成為心靈深處的對話，呈現詩般的韻律與精準表達。
Vanbody Theatre (formerly Chi-Body Theatre) was established in September 1994, renamed in 2004. Currently led by artistic director WU Wentsui, has developed the unique creation method "Actions Spectrum", through her extensive experiences in physical training and creation. Actions Spectrum integrates “Tai-Chi Dowing” from Taiwanese master Hsuing Wei, “Mystery Play” from Jerzy Grotowski and “Butoh Fu” from Tatsumi Hijikata, blending Eastern and Western performing arts with physical training. Through Tai-Chi Dowing and Butoh techniques, it builds a solid foundation for the body and mind, utilizing "tracing" and "imprinting" techniques to infuse the energy and memory of Taiwan's land into performers' bodies. Vanbody Theatre explores and creates contemporary Taiwanese body aesthetics using Actions Spectrum, aiming to unearth the most primal and profound elements of human expression, such as poetic rhythms, through mindful body-mind exercises. Each production and expression strives to embody a profound and precise dialogue akin to heart-to-heart communication.
