回顧被禁錮的時代，被抑制著的台灣，人民眼睛閉上、耳朵關上，心靈鎖住，自由無法揮灑；走過關閉聲音關閉意念的時代，此時此際，我們且隨著歌聲走回曾經，讓緊閉的情感綻放出來。
白色恐怖統治下的台灣，人們畏懼地蜷曲在黑暗裡、在黑夜裡，螢螢微光隱藏在心底，望向未來，期望來日有光暖暖包裹身與心，光何時灑進人生、照亮國家，讓希望開出一朵花。
這是一場以歌聲傳達光在我心的音樂會，來自台灣各地不同族群的創作者，用吟唱驅走黑暗；他們召喚出被打壓的母語——「還我母語」，用故鄉的語言帶來多元的創作與傳唱。用不同時代的書寫，紀錄不同時代的台灣，促動我們穿過時空思考，讓台灣多元族群文化的DNA得以延續。

We aim to reflect on that era of chains, in which Taiwanese society was oppressed and the eyes, ears, and mouths, even souls of the people, were forced shut and freedom could not be free. To reflect on that era in which voices were repressed, through our song, we hope to revisit that period, and to show these emotions.
For Taiwan during the White Terror, it was a time in which people feared and were trapped as if in a dark night. It took time for light to glimmer on the wall and there to be hope for the future, with hope for the warmth and light of dawn, and light to be in people's lives, to shine on the nation, and to allow hope to bloom.
This musical performance hopes to pass on that light in our hearts, drawing on creators from many places and different ethnic backgrounds. By way of our song, we will drive away the darkness, calling forth mother tongues that have long been repressed, and using the languages of home places to pass on pluralistic creativity. Through the writing of various eras and the historical recollections of different eras in Taiwan, through the thoughts that we pass on, we can allow for the continuation of diversity as part of Taiwan's DNA.
