"Human Rights in Asia: A Multigenerational Dialogue" Open for Registration!
To foster cross-generational and cross-boundary exchanges on human rights issues, the Taiwan Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF) and the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Taiwan are organizing 【Human Rights in Asia: A Multigenerational Dialogue】 on Friday, July 26, 2024. This exciting event will bring together human rights advocates from Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Taiwan to explore how human rights have evolved and ways in which we can collaborate to address shared challenges and opportunities in Asia.
This forum is a key part of the 【2024 SEASAT Youth Camp】, TAEF's annual flagship event, which gathers young leaders from across the region to discuss pressing global issues and the role of youth in addressing them. By attending this forum, you will engage with Taiwanese human rights leaders and hear firsthand accounts from young leaders about the human rights landscape in their countries.
The event will kick off with Chairman Hsin-Huang Michael Hsiao of the TAEF and feature a keynote speech by Chairperson Chu Chen of the NHRC. It will then follow into a panel discussion with panelists who have made significant strides in a wide range of human rights issues. 【亞洲人權跨世代對話】專題論壇 開放報名中！
為促進跨世代和跨境的人權議題交流，臺灣亞洲交流基金會（TAEF）與國家人權委員會（NHRC）將於**2024年7月26日（星期五）**共同舉辦【亞洲人權跨世代對話】專題論壇。此次活動將邀請跨世代的臺灣及東南亞人權倡議者展開對話，反思在跨世代及跨境之下的人權挑戰與機會，進而深化亞洲各國的人權交流及合作。
此論壇為臺亞會年度旗艦活動亞洲青年領袖營的專題論壇，聚集來自東南亞、南亞、台灣及其他理念相近國家的青年領袖，共商全球最迫切的議題，以及探索青年在其中的角色。因此，本場專題論壇除了能與台灣代表性人權領袖互動，也會有他國青年現身說法，分享當地的人權挑戰與展望，機會難得，報名從速！
