節能減碳、能源轉型已成為全球不可逆的趨勢，各國積極調整能源政策，企業也紛紛鼓勵相關供應鏈進行轉型、減碳或加入RE100等相關倡議。臺灣在此議題上亦不缺席，能源轉型以減煤、增氣、展綠、非核為潔淨能源發展方向，確保電力供應穩定，同時兼顧降低空污及減碳。
「Realizing Floating Offshore Wind in Taiwan」論壇將深入探討浮動式離岸風電，誠邀媒體、政府機構、智庫、離岸風電產業供應鏈、臺灣大中型企業、銀行及創投等相關領域的專家和從業者參加，共同交流和探討。論壇形式除了專題演講外，還包括三場專家對談，主題包括：
- 台灣如何引領亞太地區的浮動式離岸風電發展
- 預商業化浮動式離岸風電的經濟影響與價值
- 成功推動浮動式離岸風電的關鍵要素
