遊程內容介紹 Tour Itinerary
｜佳冬社區導覽 Guided Tour of Jiadong Community｜
在導覽老師帶領下，走訪佳冬的客家老厝，有全臺灣唯一的五進大屋古蹟「蕭家祖屋」，走進詩人步道，領略詩意佳冬。
Under the guidance of the tour guide, we will visit the Hakka old houses in Jiadong. This includes the rare five-courtyard ancestral house "Xiao Family Ancestral Home", one of the few remaining in Taiwan. We will then walk along the Poet's Trail and immerse ourselves in the poetic charm of Jiadong.
｜紅粄DIY體驗 Red rice dumplings hand-made experience｜
紅粄是佳冬每年迎新丁必備的粄食，是長輩再熟悉不過的手感料理，是在地的農村滋味，從米食手作體驗認識米食文化。
Red rice dumplings are an indispensable part of Jiadong's annual New Year celebrations. This familiar handmade delicacy is a taste of the local rural flavors. Through the rice food hand-made experience, you can learn about the rice food culture.
｜美食品嘗-鮪魚粄條 & 甘蔗清冰
｜Gourmet Tasting - Tuna Rice Noodles & Sugarcane Shaved Ice
【鮪魚粄條】佳冬是六堆唯一靠海的鄉鎮，傳統的佳冬鄉粄條高湯用鮪魚熬成，肉燥是用鮪魚和豬肉混合而成，粄條裡可以吃到海鮮的味道。
''Tuna Rice Noodles'' Jiadong is the only township in the Liu-Duei region that is located by the sea. The traditional Jiading rice noodle broth is made by simmering tuna, and the meat sauce is a blend of tuna and pork, allowing you to taste the flavors of seafood in the rice noodles."
【甘蔗清冰】
「清香冰果室」在地經營已50年，每天自己煮水製作無毒無菌的冰塊，加上用自己熬煮的蔗糖，堅持古早味做法，創造傳統美味。
The 'Qingxiang Iced Fruit Shop' has been operated locally for over 50 years. They make their own ice blocks daily using purified water, and add their own homemade brown sugar syrup, upholding traditional methods to create delicious, authentic flavors.
｜注意事項｜
一、請確認購票日期與活動名稱，因售出票券後會統計材料費用，恕不提供退票服務，報名前請先行確認出發日期。
二、為維護活動品質與管控，活動以20人次一梯為限，報名一律以accupass網站收件為主。
三、 如遇小雨，活動正常進行；但若遇不可抗力因素如豪大雨等天災，會視情況主動取消，提前行抗力因素（如天災），通知延期或全額退費（與合作單位再討論）。
四、為響應綠色環保，建議自備環保杯、碗、筷、袋及飲用水瓶，盡量避免使用塑膠袋等無法回收再利用的用具。

departure date before registration.
2. To maintain the quality of the event and manage the attendance, the activity is limited to 20
participants per session. All registrations must be made through the Accupass website.
3. In case of light rain, the event will proceed as scheduled. However, in the event of force
majeure factors such as heavy rainstorms or natural disasters, the organizer reserves the right
to cancel the event, notify participants of postponement, or provide a full refund (to be
discussed with the co-organizing parties).
4.To promote green environmental protection, participants are advised to bring their own
reusable cups, bowls, chopsticks, bags, and water bottles, and avoid using non-recyclable p
lastic utensils as much as possible.
