Angela Feng is a venture capitalist, marketer, and visionary. She is a venture builder passionate about high performance, hyper-growth, and social impact. She is seeking purpose, balance, and life experience. She has a strong international background; has lived and worked in different countries including the US, Canada, Japan, and China. Also traveled to more than 45 different countries for work and leisure. She consecutively worked in several global brands groups in Shanghai, managed multi-international brands within the Asia Pacific, and brand launch in new markets. She is a strategist with expertise in the development, distribution, licensing, marketing, and monetization of brands, including content, and products across traditional and emerging platforms. She is currently enrolled in a top global EMBA program, joint program with Tsinghua-INSEAD.

Kelly Lei is an investor, startup mentor, and entrepreneur with a diverse background in engineering management, operations, and venture capital. She is currently the COO of GrowthExpertz, a consulting company that helps startups with growth and recruiting. She is a co-founder & investor at Finclusive Ventures, a syndicate investing in early-stage startups, and a member of Epic Angels, investing in SE Asia startups with female leadership. Before her current roles, Kelly was the Head of Dealflow & Investor at Backstage Capital, where she provided support for portfolio companies and relaunched syndicates. She also served as Head of Operations at Delivering Happiness and worked at Raytheon as a Multi-Disciplined Engineer, Sustainability Lead, and Program Manager, winning multiple awards for her work in operations efficiency and sustainability management.

🎙️ Kirsten Chen
Founder and Design Director of Yoshi Design Lab
Kirsten has over 10 years of experience as a digital designer, with a background in digital advertising agencies and startups. During her time at advertising agencies, she provided creative ideas, visuals, and digital designs for numerous well-known brands, including global giants like Kia and Samsung, as well as local Taiwanese brands like May Day and Orange Workshop. Graduating with distinction from the University of Brighton in 2019 with a master's degree in Sustainable Design, she aims to combine creative strategy with technology to contribute to projects that can "make the world a better place." In 2020, she ventured into entrepreneurship by developing an EdTech digital platform, successfully obtaining a Start-up Visa in the UK and is currently navigating her entrepreneurial journey.

Volker Heistermann is an experienced investment professional with over 25 years of experience in investment, business development, and innovation management. He has worked in key markets such as the USA, Germany, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Mr. Heistermann co-founded Yushan Ventures, a successful early-stage technology scouting and investment firm, and launched Mosaic Venture Lab in 2018. This cutting-edge initiative is dedicated to creating innovative solutions for urban mobility and electrification and is backed by Continental AG, Audi AG, Volkswagen AG, and the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs. As a venture partner at TPTF, a $100 million venture capital fund, Mr. Heistermann is well-positioned to identify and invest in the most promising technology ventures.
