Reformosa has invited Greenpeace, an international NGO advocating for environmental protection since 1971, to share its experience and expertise and guide us in ideating campaigns to keep Taiwanese companies accountable for their carbon emissions and environmental impact.
Reformosa福爾摩擦邀請了國際環保倡議組織綠色和平與我們分享他們在環保倡議超過50年的經驗與專業知識，並且通過此次工作坊指導我們構想反漂綠倡議，以監督台灣企業的碳排以及環境影響。

1. What is greenwashing?
請問什麼是「漂綠」？
Greenwashing is when companies try to make themselves seem more environmentally friendly than they are. They might use misleading labels, ads, or claims to make their products appear eco-friendly when their practices still harm the environment. With Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission’s (FSC) requirements for Taiwan’s corporates to disclose their carbon emissions starting in 2023, how can we ensure they abide by environmental regulations and commit to sustainable development?
「漂綠」是指企業試圖讓自己看起來比實際更環保的行為。企業可能使用誤導性標語、廣告或公關等手法讓產品看起來環保，而非實際上在行動上投入永續經營。隨著金管會「上市櫃公司永續發展行動方案(2023年)」的推行，我們作為大眾要如何監督台灣企業是真綠而不是漂綠呢？

這個工作坊適合誰來參加？
This workshop is for anyone interested in corporate sustainability and environmental advocacy, regardless of age and background! We encourage young professionals interested in green jobs to attend to understand the challenges corporates face when transitioning to net zero.
我們歡迎任何對於企業永續經營以及環保倡議的興趣愛好者參與。我們尤其歡迎對於有興趣從事ESG相關職業的年輕人來參加。
3. What language is this workshop in?
請問工作坊的語言是什麼？
We will be using English for Greenpeace’s presentation and the group presentations. You are welcome to use Chinese in the group discussions.
此次工作坊將以英文進行，不過小組討論的時候可以用中文喔。歡迎大家來練習英文！

Reformosa hosts workshops raising public awareness on greenwashing and is hosting an anti-greenwashing campaign case competition for students and young professionals at the end of August.
