本次展覽主題以詩人辛棄疾的詞「東風夜放花千樹，更吹落星如雨」揭開序幕，透過花藝創作將年節歡慶氛圍如詩歌般徐徐展開，傳遞節慶的繽紛美好；更以「燈火闌珊處」為省思，由喧囂熱鬧回歸至內心的寧靜，是瀟灑自在，也是怡然自得；透過花藝創作呈現人生的甘苦、悲歡離合、成敗得失、放棄與堅持。
本次展覽不僅將展示超過60個花藝作品，還有精彩的示範插花講座和插花體驗活動，誠摯邀請愛花人蒞臨「詩情花藝」特展，與我們凝聚一堂，深入認識中華花藝文化，感受花卉的美好，一起沈浸在詩詞與花藝的美好氛圍中，感受盛開花卉的繽紛色彩和芳香氣息。
After a five-year break, "Flora Art with Poetry" is set to blossom once again at the Discovery Canter in Taipei. It is our honour and pleasure to invite you to visit and experience the charm of "Flora Art with Poetry."
The exhibition is inspired by the poet Xin Qiji's verse: "At night, the East wind lifts thousands of lanterns into the sky, and the sparks from the lanterns and fireworks descend like a meteor shower." Through floral artistry, the exhibition unfolds the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year like a poetic song, conveying the colourful beauty of the season. It begins with the festive ambiance and concludes with the final verse "where the lights are dim," leading us to contemplate and return from the bustling noise to inner peace. It embodies a carefree life and a contented serenity. Through floral artistry, it further portrays the ups and downs of life, the joys and sorrows, successes and failures, and the choices between letting go and persisting.
During the exhibition, there will be over 60 floral art pieces spanning both sessions, live demonstrations, and hands-on flower arrangement workshops. We hope this event will provide you with a deeper understanding of Chinese floral art culture and allow you to experience the beauty of flowers.
