課程主要目標 Key Course Goals
- 永續性設計該念 (樸門永續設計) 的學習和實習 Introduce and practice sustainable design concepts (Permaculture)
- 帶領參與式學習和規劃的過程 Lead a participatory learning and design process
- 引導決策過程 Facilitate the decision-making process
- 提供一個可行動的基地設計 Create an actionable design for the given site
本課程是一門客製化的參與式樸門永續設計課程。不是樸門永續設計認證課程(PDC)，不會授予
PDC 證書。參與者將學習樸門永續設計課程中教授的許多內容，但不會深入到相同的細節程度，
也不需要在課程之外進行獨立學習或工作。然而, 本課程是提供參與者可以獲得樸門永續設計流程
經驗的絕佳機會。如果對認證課程有興趣，參與者也可以考慮將來參加完整的樸門永續設計認證
課程。
課程內容 - 每堂課六小時

第一堂 - 進入樸門永續設計的世界 113年5月3日星期五
Session 1 - Enter the World of Permaculture Design
- 互相認識 Participant Intros
- 課程目標, 內容, 流程/時程的說明 Explanation of Course Purpose, Contents, Process/Schedule
- 認識樸門永續設計 Permaculture Design Overview
- 學習如何觀察基地和基地分析 (實作) Learn How to Observe and Survey Proposed Site
- 在機地圖上紀錄初步的觀察現象 (實作) Record Initial Observations on Base Map
第二堂課 - 水資源規劃 113年5月17日星期五
Session 2 - Water Planning
- 上次在基地圖所記錄的觀察內容回顧收納 Review of Observations on Map
- 閱讀氣候 / 地形 / 微氣候Reading the Climate, Landscape and Microclimates
- 水與地景Water in the Landscape
- 使用A型架測繪土地的等高線 Contour Mapping A-frame Level Exercise
- 觀查水在基地上的流向; 將和水有關的觀察紀錄在基地圖上 (實作) Observation ofWater Flows on Site; Recording on Base Map
- 雨水收集 / 中水處理再利用Rainwater Harvesting / Greywater Recycling
第三堂 - 土壤和肥力循環 113年5月31日星期五
Session 3 - Soil and Nutrient Cycling
- 土壤組成和形成 - 基本土壤分析：類型、結構、質地、pH 值 (部分實作) Soil Composition and Formation - Basic Soil Analysis: Type, Structure, Texture, pH
- 各種堆肥方法與生物性肥料 - 基本原理與方法、以設計來整合 Composting and Biofertilizers - Basic Principles and Approaches, Design Integration
- 熱堆練習 (實作) Hot Composting Practice
- Johnson-Su 堆肥法的練習 (實作) Johnson-SuBioreactor Practice
- 厚土種植法在地上和用容器的練習 (實作)Sheet Mulching Practice, On the Ground and In Containers
第四堂 - 能源與可食地景/園區設計 113年6月14日星期五
Session 4 - Energy / Zone 1 Design
- 太陽能被動設計概論 / 適切刻記概論 Passive Solar Design / Appropriate Technology
- 火箭爐和悶燒鍋的實際操作示範Rocket Stove, Haybox Demonstration
- 全年食物生產/共榮共伴種植和規劃練習 Annual Year-round Food Production, Companion Planting
- 可食地景和療癒園區設計 Designing Edible Landscapes and Healing Gardens
- 大家討論第一區、第五區的潛在位置和作物/物種 (實作) Identifying Potential Zones 1 and 5 and Species Selection
第五堂 - 樸門農藝和食物森林 113年6月28日星期五
Session 5 - Permaculture Gardening/Farming and Food Forestry
- 防風和食物森林設計Windbreaks and Food Forestry
- 再生農藝系統 (Syntropic, 農林間做 等) Regenerative Agricultural Systems (Syntropic, Alley Cropping, etc.)
- 採集森林規劃和運用方法 - 防風和採收籤維、療癒資源、菇類、蜜源植物、動物飼料等 Designing and Using Harvest Forests - For Windbreak, Fiber, Medicine, Mushrooms, Fodder, Etc.
- 基地各個能源, 人和資源流向的觀察和記錄 (實作) Energy, People and Resource Flows on Site; Recording on Base Map
- 基地SWOT分析 (實作) Site SWOTAnalysis
- 分小組分區和整體設計練習 (實作) Small Group Zone Trialing and Master Planning
第六堂課 - 整合起來 113年7月12日星期五
Session 6 - Bringing It All Together
- 地方經濟和韌性社區營造 Local Economics and Resilient Communities
- 共同整合規劃和配置圖製作 Collaborative Master Plan and Layout Design
- 匯集最終許願設計項目清單 (實作) Making Final Collective Wish List of Design Elements
- 將各小組的設計內容和需院設計項目整合起來 (實作) Combining/Integrating Separate Group Trial Designs
- 實踐/營造初步規劃 (實作) Build-out Preliminary Project Planning
- 慶祝! Celebration!
