Ladies that UX Taipei is pleased to invite Tiffany, Head of Product Design at Touch 'n Go Group and also the Chapter Lead of Ladies that UX Kuala Lumpur, for a cross-border virtual sharing session! Tiffany will share her journey from UX designer to Product Design Director, along with the necessary skills, knowledge, portfolio preparation, and interview techniques for aspiring product designers.
Accompanied by a lightning talk from May, a Product Design Consultant/Design Mentor, and a joint discussion with Sandy, Senior Product Designer at Delta Electronics, this event is suitable for those looking to transition into product design roles, understand the diverse aspects of product design work, and those interested in the Southeast Asian market or financial technology.

A design thinker, who is passionate to build humane & collaborative design team. She aims to ‘design for good’ – striking a balance for people, planet and profit. She has experience in enterprise-level product design (B2B), as well as fintech mobile app for mass user base (20 million). She leads a team of product designers, UX writers, and UX researchers at her current role as Head of Product Design at the biggest eWallet in Malaysia.
To cultivate a confident and resilient product design team, she believes effective people development is to align departmental growth with individual aspirations. Her top daily focus is to develop practical frameworks and provide guidances to her team members and leaders. She also guides her team to ensure designs decisions are informed by psychology, data insights, and users feedback. So that, they can design the best user experience based on aligned business goals, that is set for long-term success. Even though business, ux design and people management duties keep Tiffany motivated and excited. She finds most satisfying in sharing knowledge and experiences. She is a mentor on adplist.org and the Chapter Lead of Ladies that UX - Kuala Lumpur.

Product Design Consultant / Design Mentor
May is a product design professional with over 14 years of experience, including five years as a Design Manager, leading teams to create impactful products through user-centered design principles and methodologies. Her diverse experience spans various industries, including fitness, healthcare, Martech, Agritech, energy, and property management.
Currently thriving in a fully remote role with a fast-paced startup, May continues to push the boundaries of product design. She is also deeply committed to mentoring newcomers in the design field and those contemplating a career transition to design. Leveraging her extensive experience in design management, May guides individuals to discover their strengths and grow in their careers.
May 具有豐富的產業以及設計團隊管理經驗，幫助公司與客戶創造出具有商業價值的產品，服務的領域包括運動健康、醫療、數據行銷、農業新創、能源，以及物業管理。
目前 May 以全遠端形式與國外新創合作，同時也樂於提供設計領域新進人才建議，她運用設計管理思維，幫助新晉設計師以及正在考慮轉職到設計領域的人才發現個人優勢以及有利的職涯規劃。

Panelist: Sandy Wang
Senior Product Designer at Delta Electronics
Graduated from the Industrial Product Design Institute at Shih Chien University, specializing in service design and UI/UX design. With over 3 years of experience in digital product design and more than 7 years of design project experience. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Delta Electronics, responsible for product design in AIoT smart manufacturing integration. Previously worked as an Experience Designer at an international consulting firm, accumulating services for over 30 companies and organizations, including Garmin, Industrial Technology Research Institute, Wyeth, and more.
畢業於實踐大學工業產品設計研究所，專長為服務設計、UIUX設計，累積 3 年以上數位產品設計工作經驗，7 年以上設計接案經驗。 現任職於台達電子資深產品設計師，負責 AIoT 智慧製造整合產品設計，也曾在國際顧問公司擔任體驗設計師，至今已累積服務 30 間以上企業及機構，包含 Garmin、仁寶電腦、工研院、中興保全、惠氏、復華投信、美團等。
