▍論壇簡介

設計思考逐漸成為一門顯學，只要談到創新，便會提到「設計思考」，無疑成為當今產業及城市發展的重要方針，產業透過導入「設計思考」驅動創新轉型，進而帶動當代城市的進步發展，為市民帶來更好的宜居的未來。

 本次論壇以城市中與市民生活息息相關的運動及醫療場域為例，以「運動建築設計與智慧生活」與「健康醫療場域及服務設計」兩大產業主題切入，邀請國內外相關領域專家分享如何善用創新的設計思維推動場域的有感升級，為城市及產業的未來可持續發展提供借鏡思考，為城市市民塑造更美好的未來生活想像。

▍Introduction

Design Thinking has gradually become an obvious discipline, and whenever we talk about innovation, we will mention "Design Thinking", which has undoubtedly become an important guideline for the development of industries and cities nowadays. By introducing "Design Thinking", industries can drive innovation and transformation, which in turn will lead to the progress and development of contemporary cities, and bring a better and livable future to the citizens.

Taking the sports and medical fields in the city, which are closely related to citizens' lives, as an example, the forum will focus on two major industry themes, namely, "Sports Architecture Design and Smart Living" and "Healthcare Environment and Service Design", and invite experts from relevant fields to share their views on how to make good use of innovative design thinking to promote the sensory upgrading of the fields, so as to provide a mirror for the sustainable development of the city and industries in the future, and shape a better future living imagination for the citizens of the city.

▍Building a "Heartfelt" Hospital: Healthcare Environment and Service Design

以人為本的理念已經深深紮根在各個領域的發展核心，而醫院無疑是最需要體現人文關懷的地方。然而，在現實情況下，高度繁忙的醫療現場，這樣的人本核心概念又該如何被實踐？

為了回應這個挑戰，我們邀請了三位具富有多年豐富經驗的醫療和服務創新領域專家：香港生物科技研究院江宜蓁院長、台北榮總重症醫學部外科加護中心尹彙文主任以及HTC宏達國際電子股份有限公司醫學VR張庭榕總監，透過創新的技術和設計思維的案例分享，體現說明一個以病患為核心的全人醫療環境該如何被落實，並用實例說明如何透過前瞻技術的應用，來提高整體醫療品質；並同時透過服務創新方式，讓病患感受到更加貼心和全方位的照顧，同時減輕醫護人員的工作負擔，期待透過本次論壇對於未來醫療場域的發展藍圖描繪出希望的願景。

The concept of user-centered design has deeply permeated the core of development in various fields, and hospitals are unquestionably the places where human care needs to be most prominently demonstrated. However, in the reality of highly busy medical environment, how can this human-centered concept be put into practice?

In response to this challenge, we have invited three experts in the field of healthcare and service innovation with many years of experience: Dr. Jiang, Gina Yi Jen, Director of the Hong Kong Institute of Biotechnology Limited, Dr. Yin Hui-Wen, Director of the Surgical Intensive Care Center, Department of Critical Medicine, Taipei Veterans General Hospital and Lewis Chang, Director of the department of Medical VR, HTC Corporation to share their case studies on innovative technologies and design thinking to illustrate how a patient-centric holistic healthcare environment can be implemented and how it can improve the overall quality of care through the application of forward-looking technologies. Through innovative technology and design thinking, these speakers demonstrated how a patient-centered, holistic healthcare environment can be implemented, and used real-life examples to illustrate how the application of forward-looking technology can improve the overall quality of healthcare; and at the same time, through service innovation, patients can feel more intimate and all-around care, and the workload of healthcare professionals can be alleviated at the same time. We look forward to this forum to depict a hopeful vision for the blueprint of the future development of the healthcare field.
