區域博物館是因應著地⽅發展的需求⽽⽣，也是為守護地⽅⽂化資產的核⼼。區域博物館與社區、社群共同成為推動地⽅發展的主要發動者，「博物館」已經成為了推動地域振興的⼀種主要策略⼯具。區域博物館如何作為區域發展的發動機或是觸媒劑，並與社區居⺠共同合作協⼒，找到⼀條地⽅創⽣的道路是本次年會研討的議題。
Regional museums are created in response to the needs of local development and are also the core of profecting local cultural heritage. Regional museums collarates with communities, have become the main initiators of regional development. "Museums" has become a major strategic tool to promote regional revitalization. How regional museums can serve as engines or catalysts for tegional development and work together with community residents to find a path for local creation is a topic discussed at this annual meeting.

2023年國際博物館協會國際區域博物館委員會(ICOM-ICR）訂於12⽉5⽇⾄6⽇在臺灣臺南舉⾏年會，主題為「區域博物館與區域振興」，本次論壇三個⼦題為：

2.區域博物館與社區網絡中心
3.區域博物館與區域振興
THEME :
The 2023 International Council of Museums / International Committee of Regional Museums (ICOM-ICR) is scheduled to "Regional Museums and Regional Revitalization".
The three subtities of this conference are :
1. Regional Museums and Sense of Place, Regional Museums and Placemaking ;
2. Regional Museums and Community Hubs ;
3. Regional Museums and Regional Revitalization ;

Registrationis online. The conference provides simultaneous translation in Chinese and English Vision, If you want to visit the Miuseum, you need to purchase tickets.
