「匯流國際文化藝術節」以與不同國家藝術領域人才交流為軸心，並且找尋共鳴主題，一方面推廣台灣藝術家至國際、與國際藝術家切磋，成為藝術文化的橋樑，另一方面也提供一個多元包容的展演舞台。第一屆由葡萄牙這個蘊含豐富文化風情的美麗國家開啟序幕，邀請葡萄牙和台灣的藝術家們和表演者於中山堂光復廳展覽作品與現場演出。
The "Bridging Cultures" Festival is centered on the exchange of talents from different countries in the field of arts and seeks to find a theme that resonates with them. The first edition starts in Portugal, a beautiful country rich in culture, inviting artists and performers from Portugal and Taiwan to exhibit their works and give live performances in the Guangfu Hall of Zhongshan Hall.
本活動分為兩個部分：展覽和演出。展覽和演出活動全面免費入場，演出活動需事前報名並憑Accupass電子票卷入場。
This event is divided into two parts: exhibition and performance. Admission to the exhibition and performances is free of charge, while the performances require pre-registration and admission with an Accupass e-ticket.

A special feature of the Festival is the diverse art exhibition, showcasing a variety of visual art forms, from calligraphy to painting to illustration and jewelry art. This multi-faceted exhibition allows visitors to explore different fields of art, and to appreciate and savor artworks of different styles and cultures. Whether visitors are fascinated by Eastern calligraphy, Western paintings, or the exquisite techniques of jewellery, our art exhibition will provide a colorful art experience and enrich the public's artistic horizons. Whether you are an art lover or an artist looking for inspiration, you will find something to inspire you in the exhibitions.
