Adhering to the belief that "social innovation requires not only design thinking but also practical action," the 5% Design Action social design platform focuses on issues spanning education, health, environment, and the economy. In the form of "design actions," the platform recruits interdisciplinary designers and professionals from around the world, connecting "Action Designers" from various corners of the world. They collectively contribute 5% of their spare time to apply their professional knowledge and design skills, which are originally used for corporate innovation, to address key social issues and challenges. This is done more efficiently, methodically, and resourcefully to drive social innovation and co-create value, ultimately creating sustainable impacts in the realm of social innovation.

這地工作室從陶藝本位的當代設計的視角,進入再生礦物的永續途徑中,並將媒材轉化為療癒的靈魂的服務體驗。藉由強力的夥伴關係建構起循礦計畫,把廢棄物轉化為可持續的礦場,以材料設計出發,透過物件、實驗性、社會介入,試圖影響我們的環境與人類的關係系統。以人為中心的思考和互動,這地設計師-林霈安將分享從主體重生的蛹化過程,如何以理想的社會處方,在迭代實踐經驗和觀察中找到一條可持續發展的路徑。
From the contemporary perspective of ceramic-based design, AKAMU Studio enters the sustainable path of mineral regeneration, transforming materials into a healing service experience.Through strong partnerships, the Upcycling Project is constructed, turning waste into sustainable mines. Beginning with material design, and employing objects, experimentation, and social intervention, it aims to influence our environmental and human relationship systems.With a human-centered approach, designer Eartha from AKAMU Studio will share how, through the metamorphic process of rebirth, an ideal social prescription can be found through iterative practical experience and observation, paving the way for sustainable development.

在這次演講中,我們將探討The Mill的體驗部門,以及我們在物理、擴增和虛擬現實領域中進行的一些項目。同時,我們將瞥見一些未曾公開展示的提案和創意探索,這些體驗將把觀眾置於故事的中心,讓他們完全掌控探索和發現的過程。
As brands reposition their marketing strategies to not only speak at their audiences, but more importantly speak with their audiences, and people crave visiting location-based extraordinary experiences with friends... the concept of experiential social entertainment spaces becomes significantly more relevant.
In this talk we will look at The Mill's experience department, some of the projects we have done in the space of physical, augmented and virtual realities. While also taking a look behind the scenes at some of our unseen proposals and creative explorations of experiences that place the audience at the centre of the story to give them full control over exploration and discovery.

人們生活中存在著各種各樣的社會問題,而這些社會問題隨著我們生活方式和科技進步的改變而不斷演變。解決這些複雜多樣的社會問題對我們作為社會成員來說是一個非常重要的課題。本次分享將介紹體驗中心設計的概念,作為一種理解和解決社會問題的方法。接著將介紹EuiJin教授目前參與的一個項目,展示作為一名設計師,要如何應用體驗中心設計的概念來定義問題,並發現有意義的價值。
People live with a variety of social problems, and these social problems continue to evolve in accordance with changes in our lives and technological advancements. Solving these complex and diverse social problems is a very important issue for us as members of society. This lecture introduces the concept of experience-centered design as a way to understand and solve social problems. I will then introduce one of my current projects that demonstrates how I, as a designer, can apply the concept of experience-centred design to define problems and discover meaningful value.
