Brazilian Music Night｜Groove Station

Groove Station is a Top Latin fusion and Latin jazz band led by Colombian vocalist & songwriter Norma Medina and Brazilian guitarist, session player and composer Fabio Moreira.
Norma & Fabio have a vast experience in the music industry having learnt, played, performed, taught and touring for many years around the world. The first time the pair visited Taiwan was in 2013 until 2015 invited by a Taiwanese recording company. And their second visit was in 2018 where Fabio released his first Instrumental Album ‘FISON’, currently working on a second Album called ‘LA GRAN AVENTURA ’ Latin fusion tunes with Norma as songwriter, They decided to settle indefinitely in the Island they call their second home.
At the end of 2018 Norma and Fabio formed GROOVE STATION Quartet, Quintet and Septet, inviting High level musicians that resides in Taiwan to join them. Together they perform covers and original tunes, written by Norma and Fabio playing at some well known music Festivals as ‘World Music Festival 2021, Taipei Jazz Festival 2020 & 2021, Hsinchu International Music Festival 2020, SMEXY, Yuppy Bookstore, ATT Valley, having as influence: Gilberto Gil, Djavan, Elis Regina, Ed Motta, Antônio Carlos Jobim, Maria Rita, just to name a few, highlighting their Latin roots with a strong fusion of Funk, Rock and Jazz.
