The Musical Dream of Silent Films
觀看古老的黑白無聲電影會讓我們回到祖父母或曾祖父母的年代。召喚了我們與過去幾代人聯繫在一起的紐帶，同時反思自身在現代社會的處境。
三位音樂家貓阿諾、林可柯德和戴典瑞，將為現場播放的無聲電影即興創作音樂，無論是查理·卓別林的作品，或日本導演的無聲電影作品，亦或1920 年代的法國實驗電影以及美國電影，他們將像一個世紀前的導演一樣，專注探索人類永恆的情感：溫柔、幽默、激情、愛、瘋狂….。
Watching old black-and-white silent films takes us back to the time of our grandparents, or great-grandparents. It's a reminder of the bond that unites us to past generations, while reflecting on our modern human condition. Improvising music to silent films by Charlie Chaplin or Japanese directors , French experimental cinema from the 1920s or American cinema, the three musicians Arnaud Lechat, Coordt Linke and Daniel Ditlevson will focus, just like the directors a century ago, on exploring eternal human feelings: tenderness, humor, passion, love, madness…

貓阿諾 Arnaud Lechat / 手風琴和單簧管 accordion and clarinets
法國音樂家。作曲風格融合古典，爵士，歐洲民謠與亞洲音樂。多次受邀與台灣的舞團、馬戲、劇場等合作現場演出，也製作台灣中央廣播電台的節目《迷失方向》和影片《都馬調》紀錄台灣風土人情。近期的音樂創作專輯 :《解放9》﹐《超人類/次等人類》, 《藍色微光的翅膀》。
Arnaud Lechat is a French musician and composer living in Taiwan. He works for many pieces of modern dance, improvisation, circus, or poetry. Arnaud is the co-director of the documentary film "Doumadiao" on Taiwanese opera as well as the author of numerous documentaries for Radio Taiwan Internationale on the music of Taiwan in his program "Désorientales". He recently released three albums "Delivrænce 9" , "Transhuman / Subhuman" and “Sur les ailes de l’heure bleue”.
林可柯德 Coordt Linke / 打擊樂 percussion
來自德國的跨界打擊樂手、作曲家和聲音設計師。他曾與多位歐洲著名的編舞家和舞者合作，如Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui、阿克郎汗舞團Akram Khan Company以及芭蕾舞傳奇Sylvie Guillem，演出作品包括：《Tempus Fugit》、《Zero Degrees》《Sutra》、《Third Catalogue》、《Sacred Monsters》等。
Coordt Linke is an interdisciplinary percussionist, composer and sound designer from Germany.He has collaborated with renowned choreographers and dancers in Europe such as Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Akram Khan and Sylvie Guillem in productions like ‘Tempus Fugt’, ‘Zero Degrees’, ‘Sutra’, ‘Third Catalogue’ and ‘Sacred Monsters’.
戴典瑞 Daniel Ditlevson / 聲音拼貼 sound collage
來自美國的聲音藝術家，目前居住於台北，從事聲音創作。使用磁帶循環、田野錄音、無線電頻率、現成物及各種電子原音的素材來製作聲音拼貼，進行表演和錄音。透過聲音蒙太奇，其藝術作品整合「心靈地圖」的概念--建構某種聲音環境，與聽眾以抽象的方式進行溝通。研究資訊和經驗在連結世界中的的混亂、斷裂本質，透過操作重新發現獨特的聽覺瞬間，並重新詮釋為新的音景。
Daniel Ditlevson is an American sound artist that is currently based in Taipei. He creates sound collages utilizing tape loops and manipulations of field recordings, audio feedback, and various electroacoustic sounds for his performances, compositions, and sound installations. It is through these sonic montages, his work serves as a conduit of communication of emotions and experiences—an unspoken and abstracted communion of a created sonic environment with the listener. His aim is to study the chaotic nature of information, experience, and disconnection in a connected world. It is through his physical manipulation of an imprinted memory of a particular instant in time that he rediscovers and reinterprets that specific aural moment into a new soundscape.
