人與機器如何協作？社會設計如何整合公共人工智能？當全球對科技與社會影響的討論不斷擴大，我們需要思考人與機器的合作模式，以及什麼樣的以人為本的科技應用，能滿足人的真實需求。本次國際論壇將由國內外知名專家，共同探討從AI技術、集體智慧到社會創新應用中，展開意義建構與實際行動。
台灣學者與國際機構主理人，將探討新技術如何整合數據、並應用於設計創新。Kathy Peach 是英國集體智慧新趨勢的機構主理人，將分享英國在研發、徵集、與資料分析整合進社會設計上的寶貴經驗; 太刀川英輔將分享日本社會設計，在永續創新上所面對的各種挑戰與開展。台灣部分則邀請到陳縕儂教授，為我們深化自然語言模組的技術上，如何能構築出更適切的人機對齊(alignment)情境。
How can the synergy between humans and machines be achieved? How can societal design integrate public artificial intelligence? As the global discourse on the impact of technology and society continues to expand, we need to consider models of cooperation between humans and machines and what kind of human-centric technological applications can meet real human needs.This international forum will be led by renowned experts from both domestic and international arenas, collectively exploring the construction of meaning and practical actions in areas ranging from AI technology and collective intelligence to social innovation applications.
The forum invites scholars and directors of major international design institutes to discuss how new technologies can integrate data and apply them to innovative design. Kathy Peach is the Director of Nesta UK, a pioneer institute in putting collective intelligence at the forefront of social design. She will share UK's valuable experience in R&D, data analysis integration and experimentation. Eisuke Tachikawa will share with us the various challenges and development of sustainable innovation in Japanese social design. Professor Chen Yunong shall deepen our discussion by addressing how to build a more appropriate human-machine alignment situation.
