關於新全球行動New Global Initiative (NGI)

緣起

活在信息時代當下的我們，為了適應快速變化的世界，我們急於學習不同的知識、建立人脈，但在信息洪流高速運行之際，缺乏一顆平靜的心來深度思考或用心與人交流，這些知識、人脈真的能為我們帶來成長與改變？ 

我們不斷追求便利與極致體驗的背後，是否意識到當下自然規律與人類文明間的衝突早已將全球社會的操作系統置於巨大風險中，各種天災人禍危機四伏、險象環生？

為此TLI決意在68年的語言與跨文化溝通的教學經驗的基礎上，用專業、系統化的方法創建一個讓新世代領導者能高效、好玩地學習與交流的跨文化社群，在引領全球思想浪潮中找到志同道合的夥伴一起帶來真正的改變。

TLI  (Taipei Language Institute) 

TLI-Taipei Language Institute《台北語文學院-中華語文研習所》創立於1956年，為TLI集團核心事業，是世界第一所專門教授外籍人士中文的語言學校。 TLI於1956年在美國新澤西州成立，同年在台北設校。 半個世紀以來，TLI先後在北京、上海、東京、多倫多、香港、紐約、舊金山、新德里等地設立了眾多分校，為世界各地的專業人士提供8種語言教學及跨文化溝通學習服務，不僅在實務經驗上領先於競爭對手，也是教學方法和語言學研究的創新者。

60年來，創辦人何景賢博士以「教導外籍人士中華語文，弘揚中華文化於世界」的目標，在世界設立了16處分校，培育了40餘萬名校友，其中許多人成為各國政府領到要員、駐華使節、議員或學術、教育、新聞、工商及宗教界的領袖。著名的TLI校友包括得過兩次普立茲新聞獎的紀思道 (Nicholas Kristof)，哈佛大學的漢學教授費正清 (John Fairbank)，前新加坡總理李光耀、以及前任台灣總統馬英九等。TLI培育了8餘萬漢語教師，獨立研發出版有關生活，商業，文化，政經，宗教，科技，新聞，口譯，兒童等華語教材200餘種，500餘冊，其中包括《聖經大辭典》、《台英辭典》以及用6年時間和北京語言大學合編膾炙人口的《兩岸現代漢語常用辭典》。

東南亞影響力聯盟 （SIA）
隨著地緣政治與區域經濟發展，區域全面經濟夥伴協定通過以後，全世界正掀起進一步投資東南亞的熱潮，有鑒於東南亞對台灣的重要性，著名的投資銀行家藍濤亞洲總裁黃齊元正式成立「東南亞影響力聯盟」（Southeast-Asia Impact Alliance），整合了許多東南亞著名台商及華商的資源，全方位打造台商前進東南亞的生態系統與平台。

Origin

Living in the current information age, we are eager to learn different knowledge and build networks to adapt to the rapidly changing world. However, amidst the rapid flow of information, we lack a calm mind for deep thinking and meaningful communication with others. Can this knowledge and networking truly bring growth and transformation for us?

Behind our continuous pursuit of convenience and ultimate experiences, do we realize the conflict between the natural order and human civilization that has already put the global society's operating system at great risk, with various disasters and crises lurking?

To address these concerns, TLI is determined to discover, upon 68 years of teaching experience in language and cross-cultural communication, a professional and systematic approach to create a cross-cultural community where the new generation of leaders can learn and communicate efficiently and enjoyably. TLI  (Taipei Language Institute) 

TLI, Taipei Language Institute, a pioneer in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, was founded in New Jersey, U.S. in 1956, and set up school in Taipei the same year. Over the last half a century, TLI established numerous branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, Toronto, Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco, and New Delhi one after another, providing language learning and cross-cultural communication studies services in 8 languages for professionals around the world, ahead of its competitors not only in terms of history, but also an innovator in teaching methods and linguistics research.

Southeast Asia Impact Alliance (SIA)

With the evolution of geopolitics and regional economic development, the world is experiencing a surge in investment in Southeast Asia following the passage of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership. Recognizing the significance of Southeast Asia to Taiwan, renowned investment banker and President of FCC Partners, CY Huang, officially established the “Southeast Asia Impact Alliance”.
