美式田園時蔬盤／耕香園手作文創坊
花蓮玉里的耕香園特別打造一處種滿各類蔬果的農園，只為讓旅人們品嘗當季美味，享受貼近自然的慢食餐桌。主餐紅藜白米手握飯糰佐silaw，搭配以馬告醬汁滷製而成的雞腿，結合胡椒、檸檬、薑獨特的辛香感，重重刺激味蕾神經。再來一口用現採刺蔥茶葉蛋，香濃入味咬勁十足，配菜佐以新鮮現摘的長豆、南瓜、有機玉米等季節時蔬，讓旅人完整感受阿美族「吃草民族」的傳統飲食文化。

Amis-Style Garden Vegetable Platter／Keng Hsiang Yuan Handmade Cultural and Creative Workshop
Keng Hsiang Yuan Handmade Cultural and Creative Workshop, based in Yuli, Hualien, has specially created a farm full of various kinds of fruits and vegetables for visitors to taste seasonal delicacies and enjoy a slow dining experience close to nature. The main course of red quinoa and plain rice balls with silaw (Amis pickled raw pork) is accompanied by chicken thighs braised in a marinade that combines the unique spice of peppercorns, lemons, and ginger to stimulate the taste buds. Next, try out the tea eggs infused in freshly harvested Alianthus Prickly Ash, rich in flavor with a satisfying texture. The side dishes are complemented with freshly picked Chinese long beans, pumpkin, organic corn, and other seasonal vegetables, allowing visitors to fully experience the traditional "veggie-eating" culinary culture of the Amis tribe.

運用在地新鮮食材，以真誠的心烹調每道料理的嗡嗡私廚，平時也斜槓獵人上山狩獵，用最能象徵布農族的山肉菜色，致敬祖先的足跡與智慧。主食薑黃涼飯看似樸實，實則蘊藏驚喜，櫻桃鴨肉碎混在飯中，入口更添飯香；以前一年醃漬的梅子入菜搭配洋蔥切絲製成涼拌菜，微微辛辣的口感尤其開胃。選用當地tina們以煮熟小米與其他醃料醃的鹹豬肉佐涼拌竹筍，豬肉鹹香與筍子甘甜，兩者在旅人嘴裡碰撞出美味火花。

Bunun Mountain Mixed Meat Platter／Wong Wong Private Kitchen
Wong Wong Private Kitchen skillfully utilizes fresh local ingredients and cooks each dish with sincerity. In their spare time, they double as a hunter, venturing into the mountains to hunt and gather the most representative Bunun mountain delicacies, paying tribute to the footsteps and wisdom of their ancestors. The main dish, Turmeric Rice, may appear simple, but it holds a delightful surprise as minced Cherry Duck meat is mixed into the rice, enhancing its flavor. The dish is further complemented by plums that have been pickled for over one year, turned into a shredded onion salad with a mildly spicy kick that stimulates the appetite. Salted pork marinated with boiled millet and other marinades by local tina is used to complement the bamboo shoots. The salty savoriness of the pork and the sweetness of the bamboo shoots explode in flavor in the mouths of travelers, creating a delicious delight for the taste buds.

"Sicilian Coffee" is made with coffee beans from the East Rift Valley, mixed with chilled sparkling water and lemon juice, offering a refreshing way to beat the heat. "Pineapple Jasmine Iced Tea" is crafted from locally grown pineapples, providing a cooling and refreshing beverage.
