大家忙了一整個禮拜,星期天應該想要好好喘口氣、沈澱一下自己的身心靈,為下一週做好準備吧?

所以我們特別設計了一個星期天上午的 滿流動瑜珈+冥想工作坊,讓大家洗掉一週以來的忙碌跟焦慮,舒展身心,好好愛自己。

課程以英文帶領,並加上中文輔助,所以習慣聽英文或中文的朋友,都沒有問題喔!

不管你是瑜珈跟冥想的初學者,還是已有經驗,各種程度都歡迎。

作為律師和科技業的資深數位設計師,我們深知專業人士所面臨的壓力和忙碌,因此我們決定回到台灣,分享我們在國外學到的最新和最好的身心靈平衡方法。我們在這裡陪伴和支持大家,提升自己並滋養靈魂。

KRAVE YOGA由Angie創立,她是一位熱愛健身、熱衷於幫助流浪狗的瑜珈愛好者和教師(她有一隻名叫Daisy的新加坡米克斯)。她的夢想是透過運動來改善社會,並營造更深層的歸屬感。

Gloria 是冥想老師、美國ABH認證催眠師、生命蛻變教練。

她熱衷於幫助專業人士、領導者和創業家喚醒自己靈魂的智慧、找回真實的自我、並透過自我實現,進而帶給世界更多的貢獻。

Gloria曾在澳洲和歐洲的設計、商業和科技領域做過無數工作,多達15年之久,擁有豐富的職場經驗,也曾經親身經歷過困難的童年,並成功療癒了多種創傷,因此擁有豐富的同理心,專注於提供給大家一個安全放鬆的空間,一起療癒和成長。

她收養了兩隻流浪貓,Silver和Artemis。在海外生活超過20年後,她於2023年回到台灣,以進一步實現她的使命,幫助大家活出有意義人生、找到內心的平靜。

After a busy week, everyone deserves a moment to catch their breath, settle their body, mind, and soul, and prepare themselves for the upcoming week, right?

That's why we have specially designed a Slow Flow yoga and Meditation workshop on Sunday morning, where you can wash away the busyness and anxieties of the past week, unwind your body and mind, and practice self-love.

The class will be conducted primarily in English, with Chinese assistance, so it's suitable for friends who are comfortable with either language. Whether you are a beginner or have experience in yoga and meditation, all levels are welcome.

This workshop is a warm and connected space where we will guide everyone to open their heart chakras, attune their intentions, and share and listen to each other's stories.

Location: 暖昕瑜珈 CindiasYogaSpace. In building: 禮仁通大樓 (No. 142號, Section 4, Zhongxiao E Rd), 12F, Room 1201. 1 minute from MRT Zhongxiao Dunhua Exit 5 (turn left when you come out and take elevator to the 12th floor).

 

Workshop featuring:

The perfect combination of yoga and meditation, providing nourishment for both your body and soul. Slow Flow yoga allows you to fully stretch and connect with your body. Mantra Meditation, exclusively developed by renowned mind-body expert Deepak Chopra, helps you effortlessly enter a state of tranquility. At the end, we exchange blessings, allowing you to carry abundant energy home and start a happy week ahead. We have prepared all equipment, water, and snacks for you, so all you need to do is show up.

 

Workshop duration: 2.5 hours. Only 10 spots available.

We are Angie and Gloria, yoga and meditation teachers who have just returned to Taiwan from abroad (Canada/Australia).
As a lawyer and a former senior digital designer in tech, we understand the pressures and busyness faced by professionals, so we decided to come back to Taiwan and share the latest and best methods for achieving mind-body balance that we have learned from our time overseas. Gloria is a Meditation Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist and
Transformational Coach.

She helps spiritually-minded professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs tap into their soul’s wisdom, so they can show up as their authentic selves and create bigger impact in the world.

With 15 years of experience in multiple careers across design, business and technology (in Australia and Europe), plus having navigated a difficult childhood and healed from multiple types of trauma, she brings great empathy to her clients and provides a safe and relaxing container to heal and grow.

She has two rescue cats, Silver and Artemis. After 20+ years living abroad, she moved back to Taiwan in 2023 to further her mission in helping people live with purpose and peace.
