但是，要在排球比賽中取得最大化的勝利，需要技術和團隊合作的相互配合！
在營隊的冒險旅途中，我們會引導你用真心話來應對，這有助於在打排球時，隊員們能夠坦率地回答彼此的問題，會更容易建立起牢固的信任、彼此理解和尊重的關係。
有了真心話的強大後盾後，我們才能無所畏懼地勇於冒險挑戰，獲得額外的機會來贏得更多分數或比賽，並且在失敗中學習，更能讓團隊關係穩固。
因此，我們不僅強調「技術精進」的硬實力，還重視「團隊合作」的軟實力！我們的教練團隊會引導你：

另外，在技術精進方面，我們將分為三個階段：
🏐 Pre- Camp（自由參加 ）: 評估每位參加者的技術水平，開始為下階段做準備。教練團隊將為每位參加者安排體能鍛煉活動，並與參加者討論夏令營的個人期望和目標。
流程：技術評估→身體評估→體能訓練
🏐 Camp『須參加』:在營期中，我們將從遊戲和競賽相關的主題開始，並以錦標賽作為結束。 我們將探索競爭和合作的主題。
🏐 After Camp（自由參加）: 給意猶未盡且時間充裕的學員們，發揮所學並進一步精進技能。

就像無菜單的餐廳提供的是根據當季食材、主廚的創意和學員的口味喜好所調配出來的菜式；訓練表的客製化也是根據學員的實際需求和進度而量身設計的，目的是讓每位學員都能在訓練中獲得最大化的效益。

費德教練（Federico Rampazzo）在2013年擔任台灣女排國家隊之前，曾經在俄羅斯職業球隊（Ufa）和義大利甲級聯賽球隊（Loreto）執教，擁有超過30年的排球教學經驗，並涵蓋各個年齡層和階級。他的國際排球觀及教學理念與台灣有很大的不同，讓學員可以基於台灣的排球文化上，開拓國際視野。❗️旅途冒險驚奇點之三：學習到"永動"技能❗️

Truth or Dare- Everygreen Volleyball Camp
The activity will include
- High-intensity volleyball practices tailored to competition needs and personalized to the aims of individual campers.
- Match analysis and strategic approaches to competition preparation.
- Team and individual skill development focused on teamwork.
- Development of technical, psychological, and emotional abilities.
- Volleyball-specific physical training techniques.
- Relaxation techniques and proper rest management.
- Nutrition-related instruction and management."
Phases
- Pre camp
The technical director will assess the technical level of each single camper available to starting the preparation for the camp. Will be assigned activities of physical preparation and discussed the individual expectations and target for the camp by both the camper and the coaching staff.
- Camp
During the camp we will start from the game and competition related topic.. for finish the camp with a tournament . Competition and cooperation topics will be explored.
- After camp
Refining activity for perfection the acquired technique
Methodology
On the adventure journey of the camp, we will guide you to respond with SINCERITY, which helps teammates answer each other's questions frankly during volleyball games, which makes it easier to establish a strong relationship of trust, understanding, and respect with each other.
With the powerful backing of sincerity, we can fearlessly take on CHALLENGE, gain additional opportunities to score or win the game, and learn from failures to make the team relationship more solid.
Therefore, we not only emphasize the hard power of "skill improvement," but also value the soft power of "teamwork." Our coaching team will guide you to:

Transportation
If a sufficient number of campers request it, transportation will be provided. The cost of transportation will be separate and must be contributed to.
