The session will explore how safe spaces are critical for effective facilitation especially when there are complex and sensitive issues for groups to navigate. We will look into how we can create and manage the safe space, while the critical issues are being addressed. We will explore the facilitator’s need to be agile as human dynamics are never predictable. The session will provide participants an opportunity for participants to share their own experiences as well as generate best practices. In addition we will work through a case study and identify what we can do to enable an effective outcome.

How do we enhance the power of dialogue to help a group make better decisions? How can we learn together and support each other’s successes and challenges as a community of dialogue practitioners? These questions are the reasons why the CP Yen Foundation is hosting a series of discussions called “The power of Dialogue-conversations with Masters”.
