隨著全球疫情,數位經濟亦被稱為資料經濟正加速地改變著我們的生活,而資料(Data)正是數位經濟中的基礎元素,如何能在保護消費者權益下,有效地讓資料流通與運用,成為任何國家數位經濟發展的關鍵問題。
金融科技產業身為數位經濟的基石,故本次中華金融科技產業促進會年度論壇,將由中華金融科技產業促進會與KPMG安侯建業聯合會計師事務所,以及陽明交通大學數位治理與法律創新中心共同主辦,中華經濟研究院與大專院校人文與社會科學領域標竿計劃協辧本次「開放資料-共創數位台灣」論壇。適逢台灣亦才剛成立數位發展部,故將邀及產官學各方代表共同參與本次大會,研討全球及本國數位經濟下資料政策之現況、以及數位創新產業所面臨的挑戰及問題,並期藉由本次論壇共同研討交流出解決方向,以期協助本國數位經濟發展,不落人後,更期提升本國之數位經濟產業的競爭力。

“2022 Open Data-Building a Digital Taiwan Together” Forum
With the global epidemic, the digital economy, also known as the data economy, is rapidly changing our lives, and data is the fundamental element of the digital economy. How can we effectively circulate data while protecting the rights and interests of consumers? It has become a pivotal issue in the development of the digital economy in every nation.
As FinTech is the cornerstone of the digital economy, this annual forum of the FinTech Industry Development Association (FIDA) will be jointly organized by the FinTech Industry Development Association, KPMG, and the National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University Digital Law Asia Center. Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research and the Benchmarking Program in the Humanities and Social Sciences of institutions of higher education co-organized this "2022 Open Data-Building a Digital Taiwan Together" forum.
As Taiwan has just established the Ministry of Digital Affairs(MODA), representatives from industry, government and academia will be invited to participate in this conference to discuss the current status of data policies in the global and domestic digital economy, as well as the challenges and issues faced by the digital innovation industries. It is hoped that this forum will jointly discuss and exchange directions to foster the development of the digital economy of our country, stay up to date with industry news, trends, and practices, as well as to enhance the competitiveness of the digital economy industry of our country.
This forum in recording, and discussion results will be compiled and printed by the Association into a booklet to share with the guests and concerned government agencies.
