灰色系統理論(Grey System Theory)是關於資訊不完全或不確定的系統系統控制理論。
在控制理論中，顏色的深淺代表資訊的明確程度。黑色代表資訊未知，白色代表資訊完全明確。灰色則是代表部分資訊明確，部分資訊不明確。
因此灰色系統理論研究對象是，部分資訊已知，部分資訊未知。目前應用的領域為經濟、氣象、生態、教育、交通運輸等領域。
