In 2021, Taiwan appeared in global news more than ever before. From the spotlight on its' international relations , its' now renowned COVID responses to the impact of the global chip supply, Taiwan has been popping up everywhere. While these stories can send mixed messages about Taiwan, they also create more opportunities to paint a more detailed picture of Taiwan.
As we celebrate international women's day, we will look at the careers of 3 female Journalists with diverse backgrounds, who are hosting, writing, producing, and teaching others to help amplify the Taiwan story.
The event will cover topics such as the fundamentals in starting and sustaining a career in Journalism, the value of a personal brand or voice, approaches to story-telling, and much more.
