Systems Thinking Coaching Service
The first step of finding a solution to one problem is to clearly define it.
To define it, we have to know how to take a panoramic view and always consider the stakeholders and their viewpoints.
▋Best for:
People who have basic knowledge in systems thinking, but don’t know how to present complicated problems on a systems map or have little confidence in their maps.
People who have started to draw systems maps but sometimes feel uncertain about whether the map has clearly conveyed the topic.
People who have interviewed some stakeholders but don’t know how to turn the information into variables or loops on the systems map.
People who have finished a systems map but don’t know how to apply it to better communication with clients or colleagues.

▋Coaching Service Package Preview
During learning progress, we may have similar experiences that sometimes, we don’t know what we truly lack. Thus, Omplexity would like to provide some packages to give you an overview of concepts related to systems thinking. You can choose one package, or combine with modules from different packages based on your needs and suggestions from the coach.

How a Coaching Service Works:

*The first payment includes a free 30-minute-consulting to deeply understand your needs and design suitable service for you.
Meanwhile, the whole coaching service would be held through Zoom Meeting. Omplexity would use Miro, an Online Whiteboard, to design your personal learning page, which can help you track your learning progress, keep the course content and record your ideas. Also, you are able to replay the videos of the courses. With the application of Miro and Kumu, we hope to maintain the best qualities during the service.

Recommendation:
Dr. Hsueh and his team excel at designing and holding space for impactful multi-stakeholder dialogue. The high quality systems maps produced in advance by the Omplexity team formed the basis for a robust participatory strategic planning session with our partners in the Government of Moldova as they sought to integrate the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals into the design of their national development strategy.

In a short period, we learned the essence of systems thinking and how to draw causal loop diagrams. It provided us with a common language to analyze complex business and operational challenges. In addition, we learned various soft skills about surfacing mental models, facilitation, and team dialogue, applying these skills to our current challenges. I especially appreciated how the workshop enabled my staff to open up and share with me a blindspot that I wasn’t aware of previously. The training enabled my team to not only reflect and see things in a more systematic way, but have the courage to speak up authentically, and co-create innovative solutions on their own. When we see ourselves as part of the problem, we become part of the solution. It helped us on our journey to becoming a learning organization.

The capacity building program was well received by my staff and it helped our managers to break out silo thinking, identify root causes instead of quick fixes, and collaborate across departments towards a shared vision. I especially appreciate the hands-on project exercises in the workshops, along with the follow-up coaching sessions on the real issues facing our company. These exercises made the training practical and highly effective.

▋Omplexity’s Vision and Mission
⎜Overcome siloed thought & action. Realize systems change.⎟
We envision a world where people are unafraid to make change that matters.
To make that happen, Omplexity is helping groups of people that share a common stake get unstuck; to heal the wounds that limit collaboration and unlock their collective potential to affect change for today and tomorrow.
If we weren’t interdependent, we wouldn’t need systems thinking
As systems thinkers, we know that no individual, organization, community, or nation truly functions in a silo (no matter how siloed we allow our thinking to become). We strive to protect and regenerate the social, environmental, intellectual, and spiritual capitals that sustain us. We support companies and organizations working to realize the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
