溪南寮興安宮（位於臺南市安南區南興里）為了尋根溯源百年前先民住在曾文溪畔，為走避水患襲擊，全村民合力扛著竹籠茨（ㄘˊ，在台江是指取材自自然、易拆解及組構、並可移動性的房子）搬家遷村的歷史場景，也為了傳承與保存傳統民居竹籠茨建造工藝，將於110年12月19日舉辦「扛茨走溪流」扛茨盛典，歡迎大家一起來熱血！
這已經是溪南寮聚落第三屆辦扛茨了～
- 第一屆 國立臺灣歷史博物館主辦，竹籠茨是李養匠師自立建造，有26坪之大。
- 第二屆 當地南興國小與溪南寮興安宮主辦，由李養匠師指導校方與村民合力蓋茨。
- 第三屆 溪南寮興安宮主辦，對外召募協力造屋，歷經二個月超過三百人次，來自全國各地志工跟著李養匠師學習蓋茨，將作為日後每次扛茨所用。
未來 這扛茨吶喊將持續在庄裡響亮，因負重而深沉的腳步也將更踏實札印在台江土地！
Can you image the house is movable? You probably heard Howl’s moving castle, however there are Housing carrying traditions in Tainan, Taiwan!
About House carrying Story:
Hundred years ago, villagers in Xi-Nan-Liao Taijiang area inTainan suffered from the flooding of Zengwen River. The traditional building Tik-Long-A-Tsoo (Bamboo house) was invented in order to overcome the flooding. Tik-long-a-tsoo made by bamboo. The house is light, easy to build and disassemble, it also designed without foundation thus can be easily carried to safety place when in danger.
In 2021, Xi-Nan-Liao Xingan Temple convene locals and volunteers to keep this uneasy memory. During the summer, more than 100 volunteers came here and follow Master Li Yang who is the only inheritor to build the Tik-Long-A-Tsoo (Bamboo house) from zero to a complete house.
At 2021, Dec. 19, Xingan Temple would like to invite hundreds of participants to join the bamboo house carrying to explore the spirit of cooperation and remind the wisdom of ancestors!
▎活動內涵
✎近百年水患歷史✎
溪南寮與新吉庄原屬同一庄頭，1928年8-9月連日豪雨，曾文溪水沖破堤防、連帶沖毀溪南寮庄民的家園，為生命安全，庄民紛紛扛起竹籠茨遠離家園走避水患。溪南寮選擇往南遷落腳，另有一群人選擇扛茨遷徙到遠在2公里外的新家園，重起聚落為生活，名為「新吉庄」。
✎百人扛茨✎
在李養匠師、以及當地耆老的帶領下，將經由協力造屋而建成的竹籠茨同心協力扛回溪南寮舊茨地，扛茨全程距離近2公里，象徵尋根溯源的意涵，並將透過耆老分享與導覽解說，瞭解溪南寮扛茨走溪流文化。
✎竹籠茨工藝✎
認識李養匠師使用不同竹種，立直為柱，橫穿為攏，全屋以鑿竹孔穿孔組構的竹籠茨。李養匠師10歲師承其父，擅長各種竹材的應用與傳統建築土水工程，跟著李養司阜學習自然建築生活智慧，也引領我們貼近此一即將消逝的珍貴技藝。

竹籠茨 Zhu Long Ci
「竹籠茨」（臺羅拼音：Tik-long2-a2-tshu3）是臺灣西南沿海常見的傳統民居，各地說法因地而異，有「竹管（仔）茨」、「竹篙茨、」「竹籠茨」等用語，顧名思義是以竹搭造的屋子。臺江傳統匠師-李養，稱該屋為「竹攏（仔）茨」，乃透過工法（竹柱鑿孔互穿，拼攏裝成屋）與使用竹材（長枝竹，建造過程中，匠師俗稱「攏仔」）而取名。李養匠師師承其父李布，遵循古法，尺寸分明、工法細膩。
Master Li Yang is the only inheritor of building Zhu Long Ci (bamboo house) with ancient techniques, a traditional bamboo structure in Taiwan. Instead of using nails and wires, Master Li Yang assembled bamboo pillars with mortise and tenon. The structure was invented by the Tainan ancestors who suffered from flooding. Without a foundation, the elevated and light-weight building construction allows the ancestors to lift the structure and quickly move to a higher ground during floods. This traditional craft fully embodies the ancient folk wisdom and how the environment connects to everyday life!
