【AIT x TCA 國際座談會】看見科技業多元與共融的職場文化

         講座介紹 Introduction    

近年來多元與共融文化(Diversity & Inclusion)在全球職場上吹起一股前所未有的風潮，各大跨國企業皆在自身職場中積極推廣多元與共融文化。與此同時，有越來越多組織更進一步將公平性(Equity)與可及性(Accessibility)納入D&I倡議中，致力於促進待遇的公平性和機會的可及性。已許多研究指出，提倡🌈多元(Diversity)、⚖️公平(Equity)、💖共融(Inclusion)、👨‍🦽可及性(Accessibility)的企業更具開創性、擁有更高員工投入度，進而更有機會創造出高於同業的利潤。

本次AIT x TCA國際座談會由「美國在台協會 美國創新中心」和「人才循環交流推動計畫」共同舉辦，邀請來自科技業的傑出領導者擔任與談貴賓，分享企業如何在職場中實踐DEIA的理念，並鼓勵來自不同身分與背景的優秀青年積極投入科技產業。

In recent years, the technology industry is pioneering the push for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. While 🌈diversity and 💖inclusion (D&I) continues to pick up steam in the workplace, there is a growing trend of adding other letters to the D&I acronym expanding its scope specifically to include ⚖️equity and 👨‍🦽accessibility. Equity and Accessibility takes D&I one step further to promote fair treatment and access to opportunities. A number of studies found that companies taking DEIA initiatives are not only more innovative, but also more likely to have financial returns above their industry mean by having higher employee engagement.

This international forum is co-organized by the American Institute in Taiwan - American Innovation Center (AIT AIC) and Talent Circulation Alliance (TCA) inviting successful leaders in the technology industry to share with young talents how their companies realize the concept of DEIA, and to inspire young talents with different backgrounds to get into the technology industry.
