茶裡相逢隆重推出茶葉氣味課程,陳柏安博士將傳授畢生絕學,教導大家透過氣味,了解臺灣不同茶種的香氣與滋味表現。
A new tea lecture regarding the smell of tea is launched now. Prof. Po-An Chen, an expert in the tea field, will guide us to understand the difference in tea fragrance and texture.
- 課程目標:透過氣味了解臺灣不同的茶種,會有什麼樣的香氣與滋味表現。
Goal: Understand different Taiwanese special tea with both their scent and taste. - 課程時數:1.5小時
Length: 1.5 Hours. (10/12 10:00-11:30) - 課程介紹:
透過氣味分析,介紹不同品種的臺灣茶,並講解關於臺灣茶的相關知識,讓參加的學員對臺灣茶有更進一步的認識。
Introduction:
Through analyzing the scent and introducing the knowledge regarding Taiwanese special tea, you will be able to have a further understanding of Taiwan tea. - 課程內容:
