Under the shadow of COVID-19, the theme for 2021 forum would like to explore the applications of smart events, smart tourism and smart services in MICE sector. By collaborating with Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and International Federation for IT, Travel & Tourism (IFITT), the forum will invite professionals from academic institutes, industries and international associations to share their thoughts on the future trends and development in events industry.
