課程簡介:

1. TRIZ 理論與工具簡介
2. 心理慣性：瞭解工程師為何無法創新的解決問題，如何找出盲點及心裡慣性
3. 創新思考：介紹工程師要如何擺脫心理慣性，運用「最終理想解」的方法來看待問題，解決問題
4. 創意發想：矛盾問題之解題發明原則與運用技術矛盾的介紹
