《AIC*學園祭》跨域時代的人生想像，帶給你人生多元可能
美國創新中心（American Innovation Center)是美國在台協會AIT於松菸文創園區所成立的交流與實作空間，平日致力於推廣與創新、創意、設計有關的學習。為讓更多年輕學子有機會接觸相關資訊，AIC和松菸特別攜手於今年 5/5-6/14 學園祭期間舉辦系列講座，邀請來自社會創新、大眾傳播 、藝術時尚 、城市發展、建築景觀等領域的先行者、實驗者與實踐者，透過分享自身的學習與工作經歷，為臺灣年輕一代提供指引，帶著勇氣與信心面對時代變革與挑戰。

第一講｜5/07(五) 14:00-16:00｜劉耕名 x 宋欣穎｜在視覺時代說書–從動畫與動態設計談起
資訊爆炸加上數位工具的突破，已改變當今世代的閱讀習慣。從報紙、電視到網路，影像溝通的比例不斷提升，逐漸取代文字語言，人類越來越習慣透過圖像思考和表達觀念，也終於成為名符其實的「視覺動物」。然而無論時代如何轉變，故事這種古老的媒介依舊是我們最習慣吸收資訊的方式之一，那麼，在圖像化的新時代，該如何說故事？如何運用視覺幫助人際溝通、創造獨特吸引力、講一個好故事？本場講座將從動態圖像設計與動畫電影的角度，談談如何應用數位工具在圖像時代做一個感性的視覺說書人。

這是一個眾聲喧嘩和回音壁壘的年代，在經歷幾次情勢誤判並驚嚇於不正常的正常化之後，我們終於有所警覺，試圖奪回主動權、力圖消彌對立。而隨著後疫情時代的展開，一股新的台灣精神與文化能量也儼然成形──一個關於我們是誰、從哪裡來、要往哪裡去的探問。本講座邀請這場新文化運動的旗手們現身說法，談他們如何透過紀錄與詮釋，運用厚植於島上的文化展開新的社會對話，帶領大眾重新認識自己，並在過程中挖掘出台灣對世界的獨特價值。

作家蔣勳在《天地有大美》中提到，他認為美「就在我們生活中」，雖然食、衣、住、行平凡又瑣碎，但失去這些細節，生活也就失去了最重要的重心與中心。臺灣在2000年前後產生重視設計生活、重視美感美學的社會風氣；隨著大環境經濟環境轉變，近年島內吹起追求美感、永續、綠色及工作與生活平衡的小日子風潮。文化是生活中一切的總合，從住家、鄰里公園、街區道路甚至整座城市都是文化的容器。本講座將從質感空間的概念出發，邀請兩位講者從住宅、商業空間、文化設施的實踐案例，思考如何將美學注入當代的生活中。

《AIC Creativity Talks》Crossing Generations of Life's Imagination, bring to you more multiple possibilities in your lifetime
American Institute in Taiwan has established The American Innovation Center (AIC) in Songshan Cutural and Creative Park(SCCP), and it is a good place for people to communicate and doing hanfcrafts also provides lots of course that related to creative, inovation and design in daily life. In order to find relevant information successfully to teenages, AIC and SCCP go hand in hand with series lectures during May 5 to June 14. We invite pioneers of Innovation in Society, Mass Communica-tion Art Fashion, City Development, Archetectural landscape. Through sharing their self learing and working experiences can leading Taiwan's new generations effectively to face challenges.

Due to the Information explosion and Digital tools' breakthorugh, it has already changed people's reading patterns. From newspaper, television and Internet, human beings are fimilar with Visual Thinking and Idea of Expression, and finally become 「Vision Animals」. No matter how time flies, Storytelling, this kind of Old Intermediary, is still one of ways to catch Information. Then, in this Visual Geneation, how to tell a good story? In this lecture, we will talk about who to apply Digital Tools to desgin animation and dynamic desgin.

This is a chaos age, after lot of misjudgements and shocking unnormal procceding, we finally keep up viglance, try to take back initiative and reduce antithesis. During COVID-19 post epidemic, there is a newborn Taiwan's Spirit in shape──Here comes some questions: Who we are? Where we come from? Where we go? In this lecture, we invite flag-bearers from this New Cultual Movement to talk about how they record and comment on Island's new talking, refreshing yourself, and digging unique values of Taiwan to the world.

In Author Chiang Husn's book《Huge Beauty between Sky and Earth》, he gives a definition of beauty「it's right in our life」. Even though, basic necessities are normal and cumbersome, but losing those miniature parts, we might lose cravity in our life. During 2000s, in Taiwan's society, we're taking more interested in Design and aesthetics higher than before; Economic Changing, people pursue aesthetically, sustainability and life balance in little bliss life. Culture is sum of life, from Home, neighborhood, park, street and even whole City are all Cuture's container. In this lecture, our two lectures will show their real cases of Residental and Business Area, and how we think and put Contemporary Life Aesthetics in our life.
