這次聚會的源起於最近一兩年，許多海外的MBA校友陸續回台灣發展，加上2020年國外疫情緊張，讓很多原本在海外工作的MBA回台灣遠端工作，促成了這次台北聚會的舉辦，並期待這次聚會之後能在台北有定期的聚會，讓海外回台的MBA有一個交流平台。

UMC Capital manages evergreen structure funds with US$ 800MM of committed capital. We are 100% owned by UMC, a leading global semiconductor foundry and dual-listing on NYSE (UMC:US) and TSE (2303:TT). There are 4 offices globally and we focus on investment activities in US, China and Taiwan.
He also currently serves on the boards of Crystalwise Technology Inc., TXC Corporation, Subtron Technology and Top Point Technology Co., Ltd. He previously served on the boards of Unimicron, ITE Tech and Uwiz. Prior to joining UMC Capital, he worked from 2015 to 2017 at HC Investment as General Manager and 2007 to 2015 at Crystalwise. as President. During his term as President of Crystalwise he led the successful IPO and then merged with Sino Sapphire, a subsidiary of Sino-American Silicon Products Inc. Kris holds a BS from National Central University, an MS from University of Pittsburgh and a PhD from National Chiao Tung University.

Jerry was in charge of corporate strategy in Bayer and then a startup founder. He brings strategy and operating expertise gained across three continents, such as Asia, Europe and America, while speaking English, Chinese, German and French.
