《以莉．高露》Ilid Kaolo
曾獲第23屆金曲獎最佳原住民語歌手獎、最佳原住民語專輯獎、最佳新人獎的以莉．高露是花蓮吉納路安部落阿美族。自小從台北長大，自詡為都市原住民，但內心阿美族的火種不曾熄滅，引領著她在「原舞者」與「野火樂集」唱出部落的歌。移居宜蘭南澳後，投入有機稻米栽植，成為了左手種稻、右手寫歌的音樂人，將多年來輾轉曲折的生活經歷，轉化成一首首動人歌曲。
Ilid Kaolo has won the 23rd Golden Melody Award for Best Vocalist (Indigenous Language), Best Indigenous Language Album, and Best New Vocal, who belongs to the Cingaroan tribe in Hualien. Growing up in Taipei since she was a child, she claims to be an Indigenous people in the city, but the fire of the Amis in her heart has never been extinguished, leading her to sing tribal songs in "Formosa Aboriginal Singing And Dance Troupe” and "Wild Fire Music.” After moving to Nanao, Yilan, she devoted herself to organic rice planting and became a musician who grows rice with her left hand and writes songs with her right hand, transformed the tortuous life experience over the years into lots of moving songs.
《台玖線樂團》Siva9 band
台玖線樂團成軍十二年，歷經大大小小演出，受過海洋音樂大賞、原Bend大賞、台灣世界音樂節、原住民音樂節、金旋奬、金音獎等大型音樂節的洗禮，並時常受邀前往馬來西亞、中國、香港、歐洲四國（法國、比利時、荷蘭、挪威）等國際音樂節演出，更在2018年以「有我陪伴」專輯入圍29屆金曲獎「最佳原住民語專輯」、「年度最佳專輯」等兩大獎項。
Siva9 band have been established for twelve years. They’ve undergone lots of performances such as Ho-hai-yan Rock Festival, World Music Festival @Taiwan, the NCCU Golden Melody, and the Golden Indie Music Awards. Often invited to perform at international music festivals in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, and European countries such as France, Belgium, Netherlands and Norway. In 2018, they were shortlisted for the 29th Golden Melody Award by "Best Indigenous Language Album" and "Album of the Year" such two major awards.
《國立東華大學原住民民族學院舞團》The Dance Troupe from the College of Indigenous Studies of National Dong Hwa University
國立東華大學原住民民族學院舞團成立至今邁入第16年。由東華大學校內對於原住民族樂舞文化有興趣的學生共同組成，來自各地的青年利用課餘時間彼此分享、學習， 認識更多台灣原住民族的樂舞文化之美。透過不同族群樂舞的接觸與田野調查展現台灣原住民族的文化之美。
The Dance Troupe from the College of Indigenous Studies of National Dong Hwa University has entered its 16th year since its establishment. It is composed of students from Dong Hwa University who are interested in the music and dance culture of indigenous. Young people from all parts of various regions use their spare time to share and learn with each other and learn more about the beauty of the music and dance culture of the indigenous people in Taiwan. Through the contact of different ethnic groups in music and dance and field investigations, the cultural beauty of the natives of Taiwan is shown.
