📍什麼是「陰瑜珈 Yin Yoga」?

陰瑜珈在瑜珈分類裡,屬於較為靜態的練習。陰瑜珈的過程中肌肉為放鬆柔軟,在坐姿、仰躺、俯臥、或跪姿中,由地吸引力的牽引,增強對骨骼關節的施壓,並且停留3~5分鐘。在長時間的停留下,對於身體的影響開始深入筋膜及關節周圍,甚至觸動更深的思緒及心理層面。
我們學習靜止,觀察內在昇起的身體反應及各種思緒,在觀察過程中,培養包容、同理及陪伴自己的力量。

📍About Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments to increase circulation in the joints , improve flexibility, raise one’s vitality and awareness of inner silence.

      十月份(10/6、10/13、10/20、10/27)

● 課程費用|單堂NT$450、一期四堂NT$1600 ( NT$400/堂)

● 課程人數|4-12人

● 課程地點|享象 Rhythm Alley

● 課程地址|台北市大安區忠孝東路四段15號5樓之3 (近忠孝復興四號出口)

● 備註:
1.課程備有瑜珈墊、瑜珈磚供上課使用。
2.館內有飲水機,請自備毛巾與保溫瓶。
3.課程為英語教授。

Taylor是一位年輕卻富有多年針對初學者/年長者/孩童的教學經驗,擅長的種類包含陰瑜伽/流動瑜伽/能量瑜伽。由於本身為心理學專業領域,更能於課程中幫助學員感受自我、擁抱身心平衡的平靜與喜悅。

Taylor is a young but experienced yoga teacher with experience teaching beginners, elderly, children, and all populations yin, power, and vinyasa styles. My personal style is mindfulness-based with class themes/discussions centered around personal growth topics. What you will gain from attending her yoga classes is a sense of returning home to yourself , and of course, to have fun doing it!

・Taught an all-levels yoga class and a Level 2 yoga class.
● Volunteer with Yoga Loka (a non-profit organization)
・A non-profit organization in Gainesville, Florida dedicated to bringing yoga to marginalized communities such as prisons, homeless shelters, domestic abuse shelters, and veterans suffering with PTSD.
● Yoga Instructor at Oak Hammock Retirement Community
・Led up to 5 specially designed classes per week, appropriate for an aging population.
・Tailored poses to fit each individual’s needs as they dealt with chronic conditions.
● Yoga Instructor at the University of Florida’s RecSports
