第三部分：強者座談
邀請 25sprout, Unipapa, Cinnamon AI 前來分享，如何面對團隊人力快速擴張、或是用「小團隊幹大事」創造社群影響力，拆解人力與管理問題，根據不同體質的新創公司，擬定策略並突破瓶頸，並有方法地帶動整個團隊趨近目標。
