這次活動邀請來自台灣和歐盟的24位企業和官員代表，分享歐盟的整體投資環境、法規，和個別會員國的相關產業發展政策等。與會專家也將就法律、稅務等提供投資建言。已經在歐盟投資的台灣企業代表，也將於現場分享其經營和投資歐洲市場的經驗。
除了論壇之外，現場另設有投資歐盟展，15個駐台的歐盟會員國，將展示各國當地投資亮點與機會，並提供有意前往投資的台灣企業專人洽談和服務的機會，以提供布局歐洲的第一手資訊。
